Now that Facebook is only used by old people, and Snapchat is gradually fading, what will the next big social network be?
>>62469649
Myspace
>>62469649
Facebook is still the big general purpose social network and isn't going away anytime soon. Old people just know facebook so that is why it's used by them. Snapchat had its neatness factor and has pretty much faded into a few holdout teenagers.

I have left the normisphere. I doubt they can even cross over into my domain any longer.

Hey /g/oys,
Which cloud service do you use to share files and movies? I use pic related because it's encrypted and they give 50GB for free.
I hope you don't use (((Google))) drive or any other US based services.
Oh, goolag actually flags uploaded movies and makes them unshareable if they find they violate DMCA. They automatically scan all files in the drive. I'm not sure about zip files though. But Mega is far better to share large files.
>Inb4 muh (((clouds)))

Let's discuss the new APU from AMD that combines the new Zen and Vega architectures.
We just got new benchmarks for CPU and GPU performance(they were in the last thread, which got archived. Both performing pretty decently If i may say so.
What do you guys think?
https://browser.geekbench.com/v4/cpu/3989399%20RR
This is the GPU benchmark posted in the last thread.
Beats Iris Pro easily, and is not even the high end model

I got i5 3570k and I was thinking about upgrading to Ryzen but after seeing this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ukZqSoDyjcU
Looks like it's not that good idea. There isn't any performance boost over games.
>>62469431
Ryzen is about Sandy Bridge/Ivy Bridge in terms of IPC, no surprise here.
>>62469508
I'm kinda dissapointed. Wanted finally upgrade my cpu but can't find any good reason for it even after 4 years.
>>62469431
nice, I was thinking about upgrading my i5 3570k but insteadI'll just go buy a 1080ti today to replace my r9 290

Okay, tell me how to truly secure my phone if you neckbears are against fingerprint scanners and facial recognition.

You don't have to limit yourself to 4 digits only, you can use a 10 digit pin.

Is 16gb of ram with an i5 6400 enough if I want to emulate the ps2 version of budokai tenkaichi 3
>he needs top-of-the-line PC hardware to emulate a nearly 20-year-old console
Is this the power of... PC users?

I walked into a my phone retailer yesterday to pick up my note 8. It was about 6pm and they still were accepting iPhone preorders of all models.
It's like git, but for brainlets, which, let's be honest here, 99% of us are.
Take a look at the man page to be convinced: https://linux.die.net/man/1/bzr So much git related pain could have been avoided.

You are just projecting,
I learned git by reading the manpage.
>>62468326
