Being kinda fat really has no effect on your life if you're still active. Like a powerlifter or something who's around 20% is probably still totally fine.

But I assume it's one of the worst things ever if you're not an athlete.

Also I've never been over 15% in my entire life so I'm basically talking out of my ass.

is there a fiber supplement that covers or nearly covers 100% daily fiber? im doing keto, have lost 70lbs since June, but im having some serious poopin issues. you go to the store, but even the powders or gummie shit are all like 12% per serving. i was hoping for like 90% or even more than 100% as a guarantee.

Most variations of keto only call for you to eliminate all carbs for just the first month while your body breaks its sugar addiction. After that, you can start adding back in other non-sugar carbs.

I am 26 yo and I i am obsessed with my quarter life crisis.

I am not as /r9k/ as I sometimes feel. Had a few relationships and females, have a good paying job and i rate myself depending on my mood between 6 and 7/10. I think I am too old for everything. People aroubd me have long-lasting relationships, bringing forth ugly af babys, building houses and I am still lifting for girls.

Is there hope for me?
