There's papers by the WHO before they got vegan cucked, and by various legit studies recorded over decades that disprove the 'lmao-mosanto' cancer meme argument. The insulin spike one is equally stupid, not only has it been proven not to happen, if it did anyway on a low to normal carb diet you'll just store your glucose from your food the same as you would if you had a sugary drink, you aren't hurting some mysterious process, because long term diets reduce insulin resistance and improve health in general.

It's honestly not worth arguing with broscientists through. They can't be btfo by real science because 'muh big pharma'

Does anyone here have any experience bulking and fighting/martial arts training?

I box on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. I lift on Wednesday and Saturday. I do full body routines when I lift, since boxing is basically a full body workout anyway. I'm eating above maintenance (500 cals), but I'm starting to get burned out and feeling tired quite a bit (I work 12 hours Mon-Fri). So does anyone here have experience with MMA/Bulking?

That's a very dense schedule to be on, especially if you're trying to gain weight. Eat like a pig or tone down your weekly routine a bit. Depending on what you're working on your lifting days you could be over exerting some of your muscles; try not to kill your shoulders or legs in the gym if you're sparring and doing serious bag work. Muscular exhaustion is a serious concern for any fighter; if you're going to be serious about it putting on weight will be a chore. What does your diet look like and what are you lifting?

I always kept trimmed facial hair to make me look like I've got a jaw line. (never obese just chubby)

20kg later and I fucked up while having a shave... turns out my jawline is great. Since I've lost weight I've noticed loads more attention from bitches too, and my girlfriend is full of compliments for my body.

Hi /fit/,

I have a massive issue with wrist pain at the moment. I cannot bench press or do pull ups because one of my wrists (right wrist) is absolutely F'd in the A. It hurts like buttsex whenever I do bench press or push ups.

Is there anything I can do in order to have a meaningful resolution to this wrist pain?

Last time I had something similar to this, it went on for 3 months. I could not bench press, my chest grew smaller and everything wasn't great. I don't remember how it resolved.

Are there any specific exercises I can do?

Overuse injury? Or is there a specific time that the pain started?

Also, take ibuprofin (keep it in your bloodstream so take like 2 every eight hours or something idk exactly you figure it out). Celebrex is even better if you can get it bc it acts for 24 hours. They'll help with the pain but most importantly they'll act as an anti-inflammatory, allowing your wrist to heal more quickly. and also see a doctor. and stop jerking off so much.

There's several metacarpal bones, one in particular, the lunate, can get disjointed or out of place if you will. It's not serious, but it's painful. To fix this, I'll try to write it out without botching it. Let's say my Right wrist is the issue. Grab R wrist with Left hand, distract/pull R wrist and hand while relaxing R hand and wrist as much as possible. Press left thumb gently into the little notch in the center of the back of the wrist where the hand meets the forearm, do this while keeping distraction on the wrist and the wrist is relaxed. Push gently several times, then push gently, hold, and work your wrist into flexion and extension. This should fix your problem. If not, then quit jerking off so hard.

Ever had nightmares about your body, /fit/?

I'm a former hungry skelly and sometimes I have nightmares about being skinny again and losing all my progress. It's fucking ridiculous.

Just last night I had a nightmare that someone used a machine to reverse my body back to where I started, and I couldn't even look at myself in the mirror cause I was so skinny. I woke up and checked my body just to make sure it didn't actually happen.

I mean losing all your gains in the matter of moments would be heart breaking, after putting in so much work over so many months/years. I hate these fucking nightmares
