>tfw you've ate a controlled /fit/ approved diet for so long you've forgot what a normie breakfast, dinner and tea tastes like
What do you miss most? For me its crispy pankcakes
>>35414207
>thinking a restrictive diet is healthy
fats and carbs are essential for people at low bodyfat.
post pics of yourself, i have a suspicion you look like shit.
>>35414456
When did I say restrictive?
>>35414472
>restricting yourself from eating "normie food"
>not restrictive
kek
..eat some crispy pancakes, nigger.
just make sure it fits your macros and caloric goals
Hey /fit/ what'd you guys eat today?

But why do people not lift in power racks with heavy back squats? Wouldn't losing your balance pretty much kill you if you fall forward? I know it's high bar but it could still happen.
>>35413961
Bumper plates. Just drop it if you're missing it. I do pretty much all my squatting off stands now
>>35413995
I do drop the weight and it feels natural and easy, especially because I do high bar. But my question still stands desu.
>>35413961
If your form is god, you should be able to squat with your toes off the ground. Falling forwards is impossible, low or high bar, if the form is good
tall poppy syndrome.
>>35413934
What year did he reach enlightenment and perfect his goofy smile? I'm thinking 2005, but you can tell he was on the cusp of it in 2001.

Why does Scooby shave his chest hair? I want hair bear Scooby back.
When will they learn?
What is the difference between 5'12'' and 6'0"
>>35413771
An inch you mongoloid.
>>35413771
6' Makes manlets feel like they are tall.
>pick up heavy weights and put them back down every 2nd day
>extremely unpleasant to do, boring, hurts, stressful, I could be reading or doing something else instead
>do this for days, for WEEKS
>absolutely no change in your physique
>have to spend years doing this tiresome activity to look slightly better
????
>weeks
>not months
Hi New Years
It's not easy to become part of the /fit/ master race.
You're never going to make it
Yo /fit/.
What the fuck is wrong with me?
I have no motivation left whatsoever, decent muscle mass, 6'2, decent face and so on. Made good progress.
Whenever I look into a mirror, I think I look like shit, arms too small, shoulders too small this too small that too small. Think I'm ugly as fuck.
I have no motivation to lift, I go to the gym and spend 40 minutes lifting while feeling like shit. I have no motivation to even eat, I have not had any food for 2 days. I don't even feel like getting out of bed in the morning.
Feels like everyone is judging me, laughing at me, mocking me. I feel like absolute human trash.
I have no friends, a shit job, kissless virgin and I don't even feel like chaning anything about it.
20 y/o if that matters.
What the fuck do I do /fit/?
>>35413591
go see a therapist
Same deal desu. Everytime I'm done working out I feel like I didn't do enough and I've hurt myself repeating a workout twice to exhaust myself.
I feel like if I don't exhaust myself I'm doing something wrong, but even when I do I feel like shit.
I look like shit too
Is this achievable natty? serious answers only
GOLEM GET YE GONE
>>35413555
fat and flabby? don't see why not
oh and fuck you OP
>>35413555
u need the roids to get the palumboism brah, so no brah its not achievable natty
> Have beefy legs though I never Squat
> Mostly fat but look good, proportional
> Start Squaring 2x per week
> Get to 225lbs for 3x5 in 6 monthly fairly easy once I got form down
The problem is my legs are actually getting SMALLER. It's all muscle now, no fat, but they're literally less than 2/3 their old size.
> Squats gave me Chicken Legs
I've lost all my will to continue. My upper body looks great but legs are awful. Can I Squat out of this? Or give it up?
>>35413475
pic?
and yeah, I know it might seem like a lot now but that's actually super light weight dude. Once you start squatting in the 350+ range your legs will probably blow up. As long as you're eating to support growth.
>>35413536
My Bench is still better than my Squat, almost better than my DL to be honest.
No leg pics on my, I'll get some when I get home, but that's my current Routine
>>35414520
>>35413536
There's my torso. Kinda skele, but I'm 6'5" 207 lbs. Anyone have tips on thicker legs? Girlfriend commented that they seem thinner. It was like a punch in the gut because I've actually been making an effort. Ass is smaller too.
Which is better for an intermediate lifter wanting to make it
Or this
Or this

What bad habit/food/etc is your biggest gains goblin and what are you doing to beat it in 2016?
I need to stop drinking on the weekends and then binging on food, its terrible for my health and wallet. Right now I'm 6' and 165lbs, but I'm worried I will gain weight. I spend about $100 every weekend on cheap shit like pepperoni, microwave pizzas, fries, chips, dips, all for myself. Pretty much starve myself throughout the week, and then I go out drinking at night. I'm done with the people I hang out with and the poison I'm putting in myself, I know I could do way better if I ate right and used my spare time to exercise.
>>35413374
why do people wait till january 1st to make good decisions
you people are fucking retarded
>>35413374
fast food
im going to continue having it 3-4 times a week until i start to cut, then have chipotle maybe one a week
>>35413678
this
This is my almost 2 months progress of beginning lifting. Is this bad, normal or good? Both photos are similar weight 185 pounds.
>>35413349
I made a mistake, there's barely a month between those photos, looked worse than the left one 2 months ago.
fucking newfags thinking 2 months is enough time to see any progress
>>35413349
What fish is the best for health & gains?
>>35412957
Tuna as long as you don't overdo it
Sockeye(not farmed) otherwise
>>35413059
What do you mean by overdo it?
>>35413073
If you have too much tuna you could get mercury poisoning, it takes a lot though
I noticed I have a pretty significant curve in my lower back, it makes my butt and stomach stick out. I did some research online and I came back with 3 things it could be: pelvic tilt, lordosis, or kyphosis.m, but I don't know how to identifiy which of these could be the problem. Does anyone have experience in how to correct and/or identifying this problem?
Your lower back is shit. Do more deadlifts and get your lower back out.
>>35413003
Are hex bar deadlifts acceptable?
I have the same thing. Deadlifts won't help I pull 405. You have anterior pelvic tilt. Need to stop sitting in hairs so much and squeeze your glutes when you are standing normally to straighten out your pelvis.
What is /fit/s opinion on lifting straps?
I for example have a heavy Forearm Injury on my left Hand which makes it unable or really hard for me to grab Barbells with a weight of 80kg or more without it being extremely painful (for me).
>Tfw can't do underhand rows 80kg anymore
>Tfw can barely do Stiff Deadlifts at 100kg
>asking for fits approval to use lifting straps because you cant deadlift or row otherwise
Goddamn dude if it fucking helps just use them, train grip when you feel better
>>35412869
this
like wtf OP
it's better to train with straps than to not train at all...
>>35412888
I'd also like to add I don't oppose of straps either. But not all the time.
Use straps when your grip can't take it and it's limiting your progressions. That's all. You can train grip separately anyway.
