Also what are some good exercises for developing explosive power in the lats and back in general. I was thinking about learning to do some Oly shit, like clean and jerks. I'm just really focused on explosive strength right now, doing things like box jumps, intervals, etc...

I got dissed for having "shorty shorts" by someone outside the gym (where i had just come from) the other day. What's the deal? Is it really that bad for a man to expose skin above the knee? They weren't as short as Zyzz/Jeff.... just regular athletic shorts that aren't NBA we wus kings n shit. I'm butthurt over it!

It gets better for a few days then im back to square one. I havent been in the gym in 3 months and have pretty much lost all gains. I went to a doctor and physio they said its patellar tendinitis and told me to do stretches. Been doing those for a week and no change, also ordered a board so i can try eccentric squats

Any other help bros? I really feel like this could end my lifting career. I just want to walk again pain free at this point.

For starters, I've been at SS for 6 months.

I've aways been a scrawny kid, and my parents always tried to comfort me that being skinny themselves, my condition probably stemmed from the genes I got dealt. I mean, I always had skinny bones, 5.5 inch wrists, a small head with a weak jaw.

Highschool was living fucking hell. I was a shut-in, and at 16 years old I was only 5'8 with a bitch voice and an insanely weak physique, weighting only 45 kg.

I'm now 21, 5'10, at 52 kilograms. 52 fucking kilograms. If you don't realize, that's an instant tun-off for most women and groups of men.

Now, here's a question. Is it really due to my genes? Is there something I should know about my body? I thought I had my diet fixed, but I gotta face the evidence here. I managed to get some pounds of meat on my body, but fuck me if that wasn't slow.
I don't want to rely on old age to become a hunk, because my most intense wish is to become a stud right now to slay hot girls cruising through nightclubs.

What the fuck should I do /fit/? I don't want to give up my dreams. I eat fucking eggs with 140g of tuna every morning. I eat a complete döner kebab every meal, and eat all the shit I can grab when the night comes.

Am I really fucked beyond salvation?

So I just started using creatine and BCAA supplements, which is nice.
Here is the thing though. The packet recommends I do a "loading phase", eg. take 4x5 grams for 5 days, then moving down to eventually hit 1x5 gram a day maintenance dosis.

Should I do the loading phase or not? What will the (possbiel?) consequences be? Can I take some of them at once (like 2x5 at once so 1x10)?

Alright fit, help me pick a routine to get me out of chicken legs mode. I lifted in high school with fuckarounditis, frequently neglecting leg day, and am now chicken legs mode after suffering a back injury while getting back into lifting. I've been lifting semi consistently for ~ 5 months and my chest/back is rapidly getting stronger. My back has been feeling better lately (5 months after injury...) and I'm ready to reset and start with 145 squat/225 deadlift. Pic related are my current stats at 5' 11", 170, 22 years. My lower body lifts are slightly underestimated as I haven't wanted to push myself given the situation with my back, but either way my legs are obviously weak as shit. Should I do 3x full body to take advantage of the frequency on lower body and see how my back handles it (while upper will likely stall, but that doesn't bother me given my imbalance), or just upper lower?

Abs work

Upper:
Flat Bench 3-4x6-8
Row 3-4x6-8
Incline bench/shoulder press 2-3x10-12
Pulldown/chinup 2-3x10-12
Some shoulder isolation (optional, rear delt and/or side delt, choose wisely based on what compounds you do, if you do shoulder press, Lateral raises aren't as neccesary, if doing rear delt rows, rear delt flyes aren't so important) 3-4x8-10 or whatever
Biceps/Triceps 1-2x12-15

Lower 2:
Squat 3-4x6-8 or some kind of 5x5
Romanian Deadlift/Leg Curl 3-4x6-8
Leg Press/Split Squat/Leg Ext 2-3x10-12
Leg Curl 2-3x10-12
Calf work
Abs work

If you really want to stall you upper body, don't add any weight to the bar. But you can still make decent upper body gains and progress adding weight to the bar doing upper body 1x a week.

My goal is to hit 1,000 pound total by next year. This obviously depends on how my back responds to when squat/DL get to heavier weight. If I get there it will probably be rather unconventionally with something like 325bp/305squat/370.

What kind of rows do you suggest? I want to avoid barbell rows as that tends to inflame my back. Would dumbells suffice, then maybe do the pulldowns/chins before the rows?
