Alright guys so 5'9 146lbs pound Manlet here.

So a while ago I posted here weather I should cut or bulk I had everyone telling me I should cut. I used to weigh around 156, the thing is I'm not even fat just have a beer belly. So I started my cut and this has been my usual routine

Breakfast
5 egg whites one whole egg

Post gym
2 scoops of hydro whey with water

Lunch
3Oz chicken breast with a cup of mixed vegetables

Dinner
While can of bumblebee tuna with 1/2 cup of mixed vegetables

I also drink about a gallon of water a day.

The problem is this equates to about 830-900cal a day. Is this too extreme of a cut?

Also should mention that immediately after the gym I go play ball for about an hour.

Another thing is what would be a good replacement to tuna? Cause I literally eat the Same exact thing everyday. Is there actually any danger to eating one can ever single day?

Just count your calories and get 0.8g of protein per lb of bodyweight at the minimum.

This is something I've taken into serious consideration lately. I've been lifting for some years and I'm 22. With the right kind of training and moderate bulking I've managed to get some decent gains despite my gender. I've learned to love lifting and nutrition and it's probably the biggest source of happiness in my life. I'm healthy and I haven't had any injuries really.

Would going on juice be a bad idea? I'm somewhat aware of the process and possible options and I pretty much know the side effects like having a low voice, clit growing, facial features becoming more masculine if you take test. All these generally not really positive things for women, but honestly, what do I got to lose? I don't wanna roid like no tomorrow and end up getting a sex change as a side effect, but even though gear would make me more masculine, I can't imagine what kinds of effects it could possibly have on my life otherwise. I'm not a total 0/10 monster, but well apparently not especially hot either. I don't assume that bigger muscles would make me more attractive to men, but it doesn't matter really.

So, should I? Any opinions, tips, anything?

Hey /fit/

Monday next week I'll start SS. I've been fucking around half a year in the gym doing the same brosplit lol.

>Monday my deadlift was 45 lbs each side
>Tuesday same because I was still practising
>Wednesday I didn't deadlift
>Today I was checking my 1RM so I did a lot of deadlifs incresing 10 lbs each set.

So, these are my current stats:

DL 1x3 190 lbs (70 lbs each side, alternative grip kek, I feel it easier and comfy). I wanted to do more but some pussy cardiobunny wanted to use the squat rack

High bar ATG SQ with a pause of 2 seconds at the bottom 3x5 100 lbs (35 lbs each side)

BP 3x5 120 lbs (45 lbs each side)


These are my questions:

I do buttwink when I squat. I have no problems with ankles. I can ass to grass perfectly but I do buttwink. I put my knees forward than my feet as the highbar squat must be but I still do a buttwink. I was thinking maybe I do it because I'm a twig? Anyway, is this a problem while doing SS?

Can I do high bar atg squat? I want to high bar atg squat I feel it easier than low bar and haven't tried low bar properly.

Must I do powercleans in the next 2-3 weeks? Yeah I want to be strong but I dunno... it's hard to learn the proper form.

I'm pretty excited to start this routine.

If I want to retain my gains but have good cardiovascular health, how much running should I do and what kind? I used to do 15 miles twice a week, then I shifted it down to 8 miles twice a week, and now it's around 8 a week. What say you cardiobros?
