It's pretty small, but people rarely use the freeweights/squatrack etc. Most of the gym is taken up by those multi-directional machines and TRX workout stuff.

Facilities etc are pretty premium, also has a pool and classes if you're into that.

The pre-work-workout is a pretty solid lifestyle IMO if your office is nearby. Also the numbers thin out towards the end of the week, then on the weekend it's just one or two people at all times
