So I've pretty much decided don't want to see next year, I'm done with life. I want to end big. How much gear could I take and how much muscle could I gain by years end. Money's not really a problem. I absolutely don't care about health, ideally my heart just gives up some time in December. For reference I'm a DYEL fatass: 6'2", 275lbs, 2pl8 squat, 115lb ohp.

This so much. Not everyone is a NEET turbomanlet. My TDEE is 300 kcal / day higher than what my 5'8 manlet friend bulks on. I also work 55 hours / week.

Protein shakes are extremely convenient.

I'm a very hardworking, self-disciplined person who spends all of his time working out, running my home business which I'm very successful at and doing all the things that I love. I have a good relationship with my close family, but have no friends since I rarely leave my home (I absolutely love staying home) and all of my goals that I want to accomplish in my life are really just about me, and I don't ever picture anyone besides maybe my close family in my future. (no desire for friends or gf or wife or kids)

What I'm trying to get at is everything I do is for myself, and I'm worried if I'm becoming a narcissist? Will my lack of desire for friends or women eventually bring sadness/loneliness to my life? I don't mind being alone at all, actually I prefer it, but will that change as I grow older?

And I say my goals are selfish and I don't see anyone but myself in them, but it's not like my goals are "ruling the world and shitting on everyone lower then me", my life goals are legitimately stuff like I want to own every lego set ever made.

I heard once the sign of narcissism is constantly comparing yourself to others and trying to be better than everyone. I don't do that at all, to be honest I don't think about other people all that much to begin with.

Am I talking like a sociopath/narcissist? Is it so bad that everything I do is self-centered?

I'm a really happy person, even without friends or gf, is that normal? People go on all the time about how having lots of friends is the key to happiness but I'm really happy just lifting and doing my little hobbies all day.

Am I a narcissist? How do I stop?

How do I know for sure that I don't want a wife or a family in the future? All I know is I don't care about it now, but what are the chances that will change as I grow older? I consider myself to be moderately open-minded, and I'll entertain the idea that some vegans aren't mentally ill and eating plant-based has some benefits, but there is just no reason to eat only uncooked foods. It's even worse when you consider that most raw vegans eat a particular diet consisting of almost entirely fruit. Low protein, low fat, low vegetables, just fucking thousands of calories of fruit a day.

There's no science AT ALL to support eating that way. At least I've seen studies that could, in some what, indicate that eating vegan/vegetarian is good for you. Not that I necessarily agree with them, but they exist. There is no study that would ever indicate not eating cooked foods has any benefit. Raw vegans are the product of a disorder called Orthorexia- they're almost all mentally unstable women, who are "former" anorexics/bulimics. It sucks because I actually don't think normal veganism is THAT outrageous, but nowadays genuinely blatantly disordered and unstable people like Freelee and FullyRawChristina represent the average vegan, though they eat a very restrictive diet that is not indicative of the "normal" vegan diet.

Nigga stop being such a fuarking pussy and go to the gym baked, I used to do it all the time and had the best workouts of my lifting career. My heavy strength lifts ie low reps suffered just a little but anything 6-12 reps felt amazing, pump was unreal, and I always felt good leaving the gym. You have to experiment a little in life and get out of your comfort zone, and asking /fit/ is a stupid idea because everybody is different

I'm curious, i'm a highly competitive distance/mid distance runner (1600-5k, eventually up to the 10k, I'm talking under 4:20 for the mile, under 15 minutes for the 5k) and I love lifting and want to get back into it, but when I tried SS in the spring i just couldn't handle it with my full intensity distance training. I want to give it another shot, but perhaps with a more appropriate program. I want to keep squats, but the upper body lifts I got from SS were just detrimental overall. Basically, I'm looking for a program that incorporates some sorts of barbell and/or dumbbell lifts, not just machine or medicine ball work like most endurance athletes are prescribed.

Sorry a little more info, I wasn't too specific.

I want a program that incorporates barbell and dumbbell work but in a way that is more appropriate/specific to distance/mid distance running. Sort of like a middleground between SS and the typical endurance athlete lifting that I don't find helpful because it's simply too easy/unenjoyable for my liking.

m 19yo 5'9" 140-145 lbs, very low bf (10% or under certainly), 5+ years elite level running conditioning. Currently running 100+ miles per week.

Rate my cutting diet /fit

Breakfast:1/2 cup oats OR 2 hard boiled eggs
plus brotine = 450cal

Lunch:4oz chicken breast and broccoli = 200 cal

Dinner: brotine shake after light cardio and lifting = 300 cal

Snacks: celery, peanuts, or tomatos = 200 cal

Supps: Fish oil, multivitamin, and fiber

How does this look? Had great results the last month. How can i improve?
