Ok guys I will make it short for you:
I made a bet at work with a guy who will lose most weight in 1 month.
We are both around same height 175 him / 172 cm me.
He is 86 kg I am 88.
He is 31 years old I am 27 years old, both male.
We have a pretty active job, we stand up all day and move around a lot so no stagnant desk jobs.
Please give me your knowledge, /fit, I am desperate.
Whoever loses has to shave his head.
He is my direct boss, I am new to the job, he is there for 11 years, really would love to win this over..
Obviously no bread no sugars no alcohol for the month, but you got a lot more knowledge than me..

how long did it take you to bench 2pl8? been lifting over a year now and still 20lbs off

can dl 330 and squat 290, which are more on track with where i wanna be, but my bench is lagging even though i put more effort into it relatively

I have been lifting for 1 year, probably 9 months seriously and i bench 192 for 3x5 so it should be quite normal for it to take more than a year to reach 2pl8

I'm cutting but even if I eat noticeably less, I still don't cut as much as I want.
Note I only drink water, no sugar / sweets and eat 3 meals a day and no snacks. I still consume some 2200 cals mostly because I eat a lot of cheese and a big portion of my meals contains cheese products. I would like to do a 1700-1800.
This being said, where is easier to cut from? I would want to cut from lunch and leave dinner and breakfast as they are, but what do I know?
I also eat dinner an hour or two before gym, at 5-6 PM or so, and I don't eat anything else for the rest of the day (I go to sleep at 10-11).

I could probably cut from dinner a bit if I only eat like an orange / banana instead of a normal meal, but is it really ok if it's the last thing I eat, and it's at 5 pm then I go to the gym?

I saw a guy do 10 rep sets on a decline bench today. That's not so bad except he had the bar loaded with a 10 and 2 25's on each side while quite literally moving his arms up and down maybe five inches. And the 10's were in between the 25's so it looked even stupider
