>More movement tests, decide I need an MRI
>My shoulder is completely fucked up
>Need surgery
>Will not be able to lift for 4 months after the surgery

do you have slightly shoulder pain or a severe pain that impedes you to do things?
some doctors prescribes surgeries for everything without esitation, especially in countries with medical welfare.
go to some other physios, you may not ever fully recover from a shoulder surgery, use it as a last stand

Severe pain that limits my range of motion. I can't raise my arm to my side above 90 degrees without it feeling like a hot nail is being driven into my shoulder.

hello guys i made this thread before but i lost it and wanted to check again. so i wanted to know if i was able to still get decent strength and muscle while being malnourished. i only make $4,000 usd a year and i don't really have enough to spend on protein powder and all these meats. i dont get much nutrients since i only eat a sandwich with cheese and some lettuce and water. Not much so i want to know if i can still gain muscle while being like this. my bicep is barely visible when lifting and its pretty embarrassing since my ncos usually replace me when doing work. again im poor so i cant be spending money on all that shit but i get home at base, computer to share and am living ok. so my money left is just kind of extra to use for anything else. should i sacrifice it to use some better food rather than holding onto it for some entertainment items?

I generally don't care so much about my lower body, as I have very wide hips. I do work them out, but not really for hypertrophy as it would certainly destroy all my effort in making my upper part big enough to look proportionate for once.

The rest of my body has no real ranking. It changes over time depending on what I think is lacking atm.
