Does anyone else here do lowish protein?
I'm around 87kg and only eat around 100-120 grams of protien a day and still make strength gains.
The biggest factor for gains seems to be sleep.

You're eating the correct amount. 1g/lb is a retarded idea.
Studies on it suggest 0.77g/lb as already being too much and 0.55g/lb being about ideal (or 105g for you).

But I'm not interested in getting a muscular body anyway. I don't care about that.

You are worried about being skinny but you waste calories on running. If you want to put on size you have to use all your calories to lift heavy shit. In my first six months of lifting I put on 15lbs of pure muscle.
There is no specific workout for you to do just go to the gym and have them show you how to use the machines and start lifting.
Starting strength is recommended to newbies because it is good for them, go for SS until you stop increasing weight every week, don't forgot to add accesories and then go for a split, if you want more info ask in the routine general threads, there are more novice routines than SS, look for them and decide what you like more.

Of course you can. Work on ROM daily, even once per hour of computer time. Have you thought of resistance bands? Not being able to assess you I don't know what you can do.. bicep curls.. attach resistance band to ceiling and do tricep extensions down. Work on grip strength holding piss jugs for as long as you can..

Yes actually. In gradeschool during gym, I would loop a large elastic band around my foot and use that to do bicep curls. That might actually work for me now, now that I think about it.
