Can I obtain this look by summer eating ~1200 calories of essential nutrients and no cheat days/cheat meals/cheat snacks and workign out 6 times a week of a solid lifting program and HIIT and stationary cardio program?

I've been working out for a month and am seeing results, but really started working out seriously on an intense program for the past week and have literally beautified my diet to just:

skinless chicken
egg whites
oatmeal
water
natural 100% apple juice (1 glass a day)
beans
celery, broccoli, carrots, bananas, apples and other veggies and fruits

I went from 198lbs to 184 in two weeks and am seeing muscle development. My question is can I drop to 10% body fat (pic related) on this diet of around 1200 calories a day?

I also workout with my sports team for an hour-2 hours per day plus my own sport work of one hour a day. I'm probably burning 2000+ calories per day.

I don't know what exact body fat I'm at, but I would say I'm at like 20% maybe? that's the most honest opinion I can give. can i drop to 10% by summer?

So been training for 2 years and nobody never told me that running shoes (especially with prothesic sole) are bad for weightlifting. Never squatted above 2 plates or deadlifted heavy. Just wanted to know if I have snapped something because I lifted like a retard. Never hard any injury...maybe once a sharp knee pain but never lasted and an IT band injury but that's because of running.

Anyone taller than me is a lanklet who will never fill out their frame properly. Poor muscle insertions--too much bone, not enough meat. You'll never have the swole 3d photoshop look without pinning tons and tons of gear. Even with steroids, you'll probably never catch up to natty genetic specimens like Lex Fitness.

Turbo manlets below me will never have a shot at banging the hot women that the mighty manlets pull on the daily. Women love tall men, even if you're "only" 5'8.5 that's still well above average compared to the height of women who aren't ladyboys. As long as you're taller than the women you bang, you're good to go. Hell, with lifts I'm even taller than the 5'10 models I bang.

Help me, I do not know what to do. So heres the story. For 1 year I started a cut and lost 67 pounds at a HEAVY deficit. I did heavy and intense circuit training where I did Compound movements 3 times a week and running very intensive 2 days a week. I started to look "ok" but I could not get rid of my fucking love handles. I do realise I have wide hips, but the fat surrounding it is just ridicilous. I am now on a clean bulk where I eat 700 surplus(been doing this for 3.5 months) and gotten a little bigger but fatter as well. Should I train obliqies while I am at this bulk and then later on cut? I am really confused.(I know physique is shit btw)

Recovering fatass here, I have a question and I'm not sure if it's a good idea. I love sweets, I absolutely love chocolate, I know it's not good for me but chances are I'll relapse one day and end up with tons of shitty sweets from the supermarket again. What if I bought some really high quality chocolate from a local chocolatier instead? That stuff is expensive as fuck so I literally won't be able to afford much of it, and I could (hopefully) learn to appreciate chocolate and sugar in very small doses again without binging on it like a retard.
Am I stupid for suggesting this or does that sound reasonable in some way? Pic related, said chocolatier who makes that really nice chocolate.

OP that's not a good plan. Just work to get your cravings under control over time. Baby steps... If you really have a sweets addiction, then quitting sweets cold turkey will almost definitely lead to binges..

I know, it's still a bunch of sugar, but I thought that I might be able to enjoy this every once in a while (because I literally couldn't afford it in huge quantities) and have a more healthy relationship to sugar and chocolate that way.
