Ill never be aesthetic or even strong, I cant into bodybuilding

you need to eat, sleep and train, thats all there really is to it, unless your physically handicapped after 2 years 95lbs is absolutely fucking pathetic, you haven't tried.

You have literally put 0 effort, time and thought into what you're doing, even pushups alone at home would have increased your bench beyond 95lbs, pull-ups at home would even increase your bench.

Nobody cares if you have a shit deadlift or OHP, just do them.

You probably aren't even eating right, or sleeping enough, it has nothing to do with others, all to do with yourself.

Say my TDEE is exactly 2000. I'm aiming for 1500kcals a day. If I eat at this, and burn 500kcals through cardio or some shit, does that count as a 1000kcal deficit (500 from diet+500 from exercise), or do I need to do enough exercise every day to burn the 2000 TDEE? (1500-2000 = 500deficit)

I think I'm being special here but I really do not know.

Power cleans are listed in the SS program but I've met a powerlifter bro at the gym who says to avoid them for beginners because it's a very technical lift and even most olympic powerlifters need to train a lot to get them right.

when i first stared, i drank diet coke and noticed a slight dip in weight loss. its pretty easy to get hooked on because of dense calories.

Your first mistake was telling anyone you're starving yourself. Always act like you're incredibly full on what you're eating (if they aren't around during the day say you ate a lot) and nobody will question you.

Not trying to be a dick, but you are counting your calories wrong. Check them verses serving size. I lost 65 pounds by counting and lifting. Also don't forget to adjust while you lose weight.

En regards to parents, move out. Then they are a phone call away which you can airplane mode.

I just want to have high and stable of energy throughout the days. I don't want something that gives me boosts of energies that turn to feeling down after that (I get that effect with coffee usually).

With these measurements what would be the recommended course of action? What do you reckon my genetic potential is? Right now I can only curl a maximum of 20 pounds with each arm. I can run a mile in 15 minutes. I'm consuming anywhere from 800 to 2300 calories per day.

My goal is to improve the overall aesthetic of my physique by packing on muscle mass. I figure with muscle mass comes an increase in strength and power.
Whatver diet I pick up needs to be something maintainable long-term and relatively healthy so things like GOMAD are out of the question.

My wife has a mild weight issue, which she is fixing using diet and exercise. Last night, she read about Lipedema on the internet and is sure she has it. Basically, she believes she has unlosable fat in her lower body that blocks fluid. She diets and exercises rigorously, and has lost weight, but says it isn't coming off of the thighs.

Does she need to worry /fit/? Is she doomed to have fat legs without surgical intervention? Will no amount of diet and exercise help her?

Please respond. She's in tears.
