I'm a former fatass was 247 lbs and started lifting while slowly cutting on just a little deficit. I'm still very fat and propaply going to cut for 2 more months. 209 lbs. Right now I am cutting on 500 kcal deficite. Do you think its time to go for a bigger deficite?

I'm a girl and I've never worked out before until 3 weeks ago. I'm currently 5`4 and 130 pounds. I want to lose 25 pounds and be 105 pounds.

I fucking hate cardio-- I used to smoke cigarettes and my lungs aren't ready for the treadmill. I do, however, really enjoy lifting for some reason. I do a lot of arm work outs, then do some chest machine thingys, then I'll do some back machines, some ab machines, some hip adductors, some hip abductors, then I'll do some sit ups, then I'll go back to lifting weights, then I'll use some random machines to finish it off.

I work out two hours a day, five times a week. I haven't lost a single fucking pound, but have gained three.

I eat the same amount as I did before I began working out.

Is it impossible to lose weight If I Don't cardio???

Lifting is great for your body, but doesn't drop lbs.
Also get a real routine and quit doing random shit.
