I have serious forearm pain after barbel curls.

do not use the barbell. use ez bar.

other options are EZ-bars and DBs, when using DBs, work on your hand supination.

easiest option imo is to just stick to BB with a lighter weight.

So /fit/ I'm aiming to lose all my skinnyfat and gain some gains in order to gain a gf like Sandra Prikker and Danielle Sidell (pic related). I went from 189 to 176.

alright bros, i never come here because i fucking hate 4chan but i need help

its another one of those fucking pussy ass "i need to get fit" threads.

im 6'3" and about 95kgs(210 lbs).
my usual diet is

breakfast: 2 pieces of toast with jam
lunch: whatever i can get, sometimes mcdonalds, sometimes a basic sandwhich

dinner: usually chicken with salad or vegetables, sometimes fries

my issue is i dont work out at all and just fill up on shit inbetween meals.

how can i mentally get myself out of eating shit snacks and doing more exercise. im not looking to be a bulk cunt, i just dont wanna be fat anymore.

looking for mentality tips please, i fucking hate the way i look and when i feel like shit i just eat more garbage.

Is it even worth going on a whole grain bread diet in order to lose some weight/body fat?

Depends on the proportion of your legs to your torso. 1 of them is probably relatively long and this causes the problem, because in theory, if your proportions are the same as a shorter person, that would not make it any more difficult. You would be doign the exact same movement, you would just be.. bigger..

The reality is that tall people generally have weirder proportions. What you must do it ignore all standard squat advice like "knees not too far over toes, but this far back etc" and find out how your proportions are, and move accordingly. In practice this probably means that your squat will be a squat where either your knees come forward alot, or your butt will go backward alot.

You could just try both and see what feel right (or atleast better than normal). Just go and try some squats with your butt sticking out excessively, and then do some with your knees forward alot.

So I got my injury six months ago and I lost all my gains.
Now I look soft and weak.
I bought 3 of these.. (pic related)
I'm frustrated as fuck and already decided to take steroids.
Before my injury I was mainly doing calisthenics and other bodyweight exercises, also I'm a vegan for 16 month's and will not change that.

So do you have any advice for me?
How can I stay lean with steroids and my workout?
