Four groups of fatties tried to lose belly fat.

Group #1 tried exercising.
Group #2 tried "spot-reduction", with only sit-ups.
Group #3 drank one liter of milk every day.
Group #4 went on a diet that only reduced their portions and cut out all the snacks between meals.

The exercise group didn't lose any fat, but saw massive improvements in their health.
The "spot reduction" group didn't lose any fat, but their waistline got 2cm thinner.
The 1L of milk group didn't see any change at all. They didn't gain weight because they were too full to eat.
The diet group lost 3.6kg (8.2lb) each on average over 6 weeks. Waistlines were down by 5cm. They lost fat. Their health also improved.

plus the shitty rural gym here closes at like 10 pm and the only time i can go, because of work, is 9pm
even then there are loads of guys at the only squat rack

Sup /fit/ , so after a long time, i finally decided that i wanted to do my first cycle.
i got hold of some Nexium test 250, and did my first shot 20minutes ago. My question is:

Is it normal to have a reaction after a shot?
after i finished i felt kinda shaky because i don't really love needles, but when i sat down at my computer it was all cool. But a minute later while i was on my computer browsing i felt dizzy, hot, started sweating and my heart rate went up. it lasted for about 2 minutes and went back to normal. now i feel kinda strange but its probably because of the event.

Did anyone of you react on your first shot? is this normal? i pulled the needle back, felt a resistance and just pushed .

Protein while dieting?

I'm not really working out, just doing a few light exercises to measure progress while I diet to lose weight slowly.

But, I notice in my diet, I'm still favoring protein heavy foods. What does protein do for me while I'm not really building muscle? Is it going to slow my weight loss, not really benefit me one way or another?

2 months into diet, down 20~ pounds.

Not a set in stone diet, I'm anywhere from 1200 calories, to 2500 calories. But, 2500 is like, the absolute cap except for a saturday or two where I got into 3000s.

I got these 10g protein bars I buy in bulk, and I kinda snack on those when I'm home, and when I'm at work, there's this 30g protein bar at the in house store I've been buying. Those are some of my main diet staples.
