Been lifting about 2 years and down 60-70lbs (haven't weighed myself in a while). I obviously will keep cutting until I've lost all the fat, but any advice on what to focus on? I'm thinking mainly delts, lats and forearms. Cutting at 500kcal has just become routine now so it isn't an issue.

For any other fatty reading this, you can do it brahs.

I just need some advice from you guys for her. she has lots of potential for a really nice ass. she currently barely has C cups though but I'd imagine they would drop in size after losing 20 pounds. I know a lot of the breast enhancers are a scam, but some actually have lots of decent real reviews on amazon (creams/pills). would it be better to use them when she starts to maybe hold their size while she drops weight, or wait for her to create the body then use the enhancers? or any other ideas?

do some dips as well and you pretty much hit every muscle in your upper body to some extent. You probably won't grow optimally but given time, a good diet and good genetics you will have a good body imo
