I would focus on eating right and getting lots of muscle rn. When the Winter comes you can lose the weight without losing muscle easier by going into hibernation mode.

You should train your upper body much, much, MUCH more than your lower body. Upper body strength is more useful and aesthetic. Did you actually fall for the chicken legs meme? Do you have any idea how hard it is to actually have an upper body that's embarrassingly big compared to your lower? I guarantee you most guys won't ever even build THAT big of an upper even if they try. And what's wrong with your legs now anyway? Your legs already receive far more volume than your upper by virtue or being a human and walking upright. Your upper body gains are suffering by training your legs. You can't do as much volume or focus as good on your upper doing all that leg work. Your upper body lifts aren't as big as they could be if you just had more energy to train your upper that's being wasted on legs. You keep skipping abs or biceps, don't you? Tell you what: if I'm wrong just train your legs. Legs grow way easier that upper body. If you become a meme you can fix that in a month or two. Join me in the no legs routine and see how you do. Finally, someone posts this. I have been working out for about 5 months, and very intensely for about 2 (including a very strict diet). I have never done any leg workouts beyond cardio which I do for about 45 (running or swimming) minutes every day. I'm curious to see how it'll turn out when I get more upper body muscles, but so far so good.

I'll start: I am eighteen years old. I have been medically measured at six feet and six and a half inches tall. The thing is, my wrist's circumference is only six inches, I only wear a size eleven US shoe, and my hand's length is only eight inches.
I have small measurements for my bone structure in comparison to my height. Is there anything I can do about this? Would I be able to get my doctor to prescribe me with something, such as growth hormone? I hate having a small bone structure, and I feel like something might be genetically wrong with me because of it. I have met other people who are as tall as me, or even slightly shorter, and they have much larger hands and shoes.
