Kinda have mixed feelings about these 0 cal/0 sugar drinks. Curious what the contents/quality of the ingredients are.
I like the taste. Refreshing in the summer. Bang is the best sugar free energy drink but costs the most. Rockstar is my preferred sip simply because of the price to quality ratio. If bang ever goes on sale I will buy that shit up though. Star blast rules

Used to drink the normal Rockstar energy drinks when I was a teenager outside all the time in the summer. The sugar now would make me want to an hero though. Haven't tried them or Monster 0 cal drinks yet.

Measure your height in the morning, then the evening.
If your height decreases by the evening by more than about .25 inches, you have bad posture, and can stand to make gains in height through simple posture correction - a small amount total in the morning, from your spine being put in the correct place, and a substantial amount as the day goes on.
