srs question: did you guys ever get anxiety after your transformation? Like going from fat or skinny to aesthetic where you're treated differently, did you get anxiety? Or maybe it was already there how did you deal with it. Coming from being skinny to aesthetic and having a completely different social life, I think I've become more anxious anyways, even though being /fit/ has had a very positive impact on my life. When i started going to the gym i was 1.86m and 85kilos (metric system master race btw) i've been going for around 3 months and i've noticed a very different treatment from basically everybody, family included, people actually talk to me first, somehow managed to stablish conversations with females for more than 7 hours-ish, feelsgoodman.jpg, no regrets, and for the anxious part, it's dissappearing slowly, but still, i actually feel good with myself and shit

Your somatotype is not supposed to be assessed visually like all these fucking faggots on the internet do. It's a three figure number, each number being between 0-7 and assessing your affinity with one of those three body types.
The way you measure it, is by taking 10 measurements on your body (7 of which you are able to change through either changing bodyfat percentage, weight or lean mass) and that's it.

The background story is that I´m a hardgainer trying to build muscle, but all the major upper body movements(bench, chins and military press) give me terrible headaches (yes, I breathe properly).
