Hey /fit/, I need a bit of advice.
I seem to have arithmomania, and have been aware of it since halfway through last year.
Arithmomania is where someone will count the number of steps they take, actions they perform in a certain period of time, and so on.
However, I have a bit more of a complex version of this. My arithmomania is like the above description, however it - for some reason - involves the number 4. The steps I take have to be a multiple of 4, the drum beats in a song are typically 4/4 timing, or even the amount of letters and words in a sentence I say or write.
I feel paranoid about it, that people won't believe it's a real thing or I'm simply doing this for attention.
Anyone else here know what I'm talking about?

i am new to working out,
i do cardio a few times a week currently, and weight train every other day
i am 5'6 and about 181 lbs
i havent been working out long and dont have much equiptment, however i was wondering if somone could give me some advice on what i could do to improve what i am currently doing,
i normally do 1 day weights, 1 day cardio,
1st day weights would look like this,
bench, 8x4
squat, 8x4
deadlift 8x4
which takes me about an hour to complete, and i do it in a circuit so i bench for 8 reps, then move to squat, then to dead, and repeat
next day will be cardio or cycling
then next weights day i do,
barbell shrugs 10x4
ohp 6-8
barbell calf raises 10x4
i have a bench bar and dumbells to work with pls help, i dont think im ever gonna make it.

Instead of fucking around doing random movements, follow an actual routine. If squats, deads and bench is your thing do SL, SS or ICF. These are 3 days a week so you can do cardio the other 4 days if you want. Also, read the sticky

tldr: Recommend some lifts that will help me do pic related.
I have my promotion testing coming up in just under a month, and I have to execute a clean Utsuri Goshi, and while I have a clean Ura Nage and a clean O-Goshi, I don't have the strength to maintain extension while I step my leg through to transfer. I can do the motion with a 100 lb heavy bag, and with some of the teenage judoka, but during the test I will have to do it with someone that is the same size as me (170 lbs).
My current workout routine is an upper body, lower body split, and I would like to add some exercises to my current program that will add the strength that I need to do this technique. Here is my weekly routine.
Monday: "A" lifting program (Bench, OHP, Lat Pulldowns, Curls)
Tuesday: Sprints in the morning, Judo in the Evening
Wednesday: "B" lifting program (Squats, Deadlifts, Weighted Lunges, Hip Adductor Machine)
Thursday: Morning sprints, BJJ in the afternoon, Judo in the evening
Friday: Morning Yoga, "A" lifting program
Saturday: BJJ
(Next week lifting is BxAxBxx, and I'm doing 5x5)

I've started lifting recently and I have really skinny arms.
The bone at the side of my elbow sticks out a lot and makes my arms look even more skinny. Is there any particular excercises that can target any muscles around there to fill it out a bit?

Ohp will fill that up with the lower part of the tricep. But you are focusing on the wrong thing. Gain weight and lift some heavy ass weight.
That doesn't look bad, it actually gives the illusion of bigger forearms.
Continue developing biceps and especially triceps, focus on hitting them at least twice per week.
That should get your upper arms a bit wider which will mask those bones a bit
hi /Fit/ what are your thoughts on getting lipo. i am 6 foot tall 183 pounds and i got those man boobs. my ideal weight is 160 i dont like working out and i have maintained the same weight for many years i am 25. so i was thinking of getting lipo to remove the man boobs and while im at get some lipo on the tummy. money is not an issue( so please dont bring it up) from what i learned no matter how hard i work out (when i used to) i could never get rid of the man boobs.

If it doesn't hurt then go ahead and try, but be very careful about warming up and testing mobility. Also avoid benching if you have the typical shoulder problem, or any other lift that is likely to make your particular issue worse. Remember, you want to test the extent of the injury and slowly ease back in, not make it ten times worse.
