Hey /fit/

Is there any hope for someone starting from this <- at getting a body that is actually somewhat aesthetic? I can't help but think about the loose skin that I'm going to get etc

My titties are this big mainly because of gyno (nips look normal because they were erect in that pic lol) Also I have wide as fuck hips and when I touch them I feel bone

I'm 5'8 205 pounds right now, was about 211 in that pic so not much of a difference

I need some hope (if there is any) from people who have been fat.

How do I find a doctor that knows what they're talking about with TRT?

My current PCP won't do anything for my symptoms (fatigue, reduced sex drive, muscle weakness, mood swings) because I tested right at the bottom of the normal range (270 ng/dL)

is a urologist the right doctor to see for this?

It's entirely possible your symptoms are imagined or the result of something else. Probably from living a sedentary life with sub optimal sleep and you have shit to worry about which would explain the mood swings.

I need some insider knowledge. I've never been to a gym before and I'm twenty years old. I've never even seriously lifted weights before. I have no idea what to expect when I get in and have no idea what my etiquette should be like or how to use any of the machinery besides the treadmills which I don't need because I'm a lanklet. Any former autists learn how to use a gym from scratch?

Seen it mentioned in a few threads, just wanted to share this fix.

When unable to raise the bar, just brace to control the descent, as you would with negative dips or pull-ups. lower it not against your chest, but aim for belt/bellybutton. No need for a roll anymore, just sit up and voila!

/fit/, I'm sick as shit. Vomiting, diarrhea and copious amounts of sleep and missed work. Its not fun.

However, it's been two days and I'm finding that I'm incredibly sore, especially in my neck, traps and shoulders. It feels like DOMS but its significantly worse, it's even worse than the sickness symptoms I'm experiencing.

Is this normal? I've never been this sore from just being sick, sleeping and watching movies.
