Newfag here, need some help. Any time I stay in the gym for longer than 30-40 minutes, I feel sick to my stomach and end up vomiting my guts out. I could get a lot more out of the gym but this shit happens every time and I always end up leaving earlier than I'd like to because of it.
Is this something that passes with time? Is it a problem with my diet? Any help would be appreciated
Eat 2 bananas and a slice of bread about 30 minutes before the gym. Poop when you get there and you'll be good.

Take some lactobacillus pills before pwo meal and gym. I had the same problem (not as severe tho) and the pills removed it completely.

Real skinny piece of shit here worried about turning skinny/fat. I've never had any problems with weight, my overactive metabolism just shat everything straight out of the other side. I eat a lot, I always have, just huge quantities of food and a near constant hunger. Not I'm 22 I'm actually starting to see a bit of weight coming on in my midrift and it's worrying me because I've never had to deal with anything like this before. I want shot of it ASAP, do I just stop eating before I am full and do sit ups?

Explain me why carbohydrate consumption increases sleep time and the sleep feels more efficient and deep.
I´ve gone from 86kg in February to 72kg today using low carb diet and intermittent fasting. I also started a new job at construction so have been getting more exercise besides gym.
So far so good, but after being more than 2 weeks on strict carbs (max 30 grams per day) my sleep quality decreases.
I also feel that after heavy week in terms of training and work, my sleep quality gets worse. Last night I only could get like 5 hours of sleep. I have a day off, so I was fuck it, and decided to go buy shitloads of carbs. I ate some potatoes, protein bars, rice and fruits. After that I slept like a baby next 4 hours.

Low carb diets are one of the unhealthiest things you can possibly do, short of eating nothing at all, so it isn't specifically surprising that you get side effects such as decreased sleep quality and duration. You're deliberately engaging in malnutrition and emulating a starvation response so the results are up in the air.
