Awful.
Did you ever think that /fa/ is a board full of aspirations but no one ever achieves any of them?
>4chan
>achieve
Yeah! Its kind of like the rest of the world if you think about it.
>>11833784
mate I was doomed to a life of failure the moment I found I could relate to people on this site. This board especially is just a collection of outsiders doing their best to hide their insecurities.
Should have known better.
Men wore skirts first
skirts are highly fashionable and should be socially accepted on everyone
>>11833669
And they don't anymore. Fashion changes.
The only time they are worn by men now are for ceremonial purposes, cross-dressers or Halloween.
Anything else and you're gona look like a fool.
>>11833669
Honestly pretty bummed I cant wear skirts acceptably, without being identified as a tranny

I'm an asian with small frame and it looks good on me. Not sure about white frame though.
Jeans with dress shirt and vest.
Yes or no?
I want to dress up a bit, mostly to conceal my gun, but also not look ridiculous.
>>11832972
i would make sure its not one of those silky dress vests or anything. get a wool one like pic related and you should be good
>>11832972
How do you plan to conceal a gun in a fitted vest?
never wear a that kind of vest without a suit jacket
ever
seriously never do that it looks ridiculous
Gap is effay as fuck. Good plain basics, pretty much always 40% off so the prices are reasonable. Nice classic shit too like sweaters and chinos. Can't go wrong
Anyone else /gap/?
>>11832890
Yup. I get all my jeans and sweaters from there.
Quality isn't top notch, but if you pick out higher end stuff there, it can last you for quite a while.
Uniqlo and H&M are better.
>>11832892
Yeah pretty much my inspiration for this thread was a grey crewneck nearly on par with reigning champ I picked up for $30.
Fuckin ace boii
Apart from the hair, how bad does this look?
Anything that I could swap out or change to improve it?
>>11832886

Why is it much cheaper than the uniqlo x lemaire collaboration? Did they use shittier materials or what
>>11832741
this just looks like a shirt bro. you're spending too much money
uniqlo u hasn't dropped in the US yet right?
Will there be a restock in EU? Wanted to cop sweater, but it's sold out in my size.
I'm 31 years old and a teacher for students aged 11-20 years old. I teach English, French and philosophy (if that even matters) and was wondering what kind of style you'd recommend for me to wear in school.
In my country, teachers don't care too much about fashion and I've made a difference just by wearing a tie every day, which rarely anyone does apart from maybe one guy in each school that wears a suit everyday. I'd describe my style as simple and maybe a bit preppy, but I'd like to add something to it that makes it a bit more special. The look I'm going for is philosophy and literature nerd. I attached a picture of a Swiss author (Christian Kracht), who somehow has that style (google more pics if you want), but he's much older than me, so I guess it wouldn't work too well for me. Any ideas or inspo pics?
Tldr: How should a teacher dress in your opinion?
Do you want to fuck your students?
>>11832669
/lit/core, business casual, prepcore
If you were a professor, you could do a full suit, but since you seem to be more like a public-middle school teacher, I wouldn't recommend, especially around adolescents through young adults
I don't want to fuck my students, I've never even been attracted to them.
Could you post some pics for the styles you mentioned?
As I mentioned, I teach students of different ages, but from my experience, even students aged 13-16 react better to the nerdy thing than to a wanna-be-young and cool teacher who tries to dress like them.
I usually have to carry around bulky wallet full of cards, ID, and coins. Unfortunately, I actually need most of the things I have in my wallet.
However unless I'm wearing cargo pants, I don't really have a comfortable place to put my wallet. If I put it in the front pocket, the wallet pushes down on my thighs with a unconformable pressure. If I put it in my back pocket, I can't sit down properly.
Does /fa/ have any ideas?
>>11832596
Carry less stuff in your wallet, man
Don't pull a George and let it explode
On the note of wallet in pockets, how do you stop it from ripping a hole in your pants? My wallet isn't even that thick. Though I guess keeping my car keys in the same pocket doesn't help
>>11832599
I can't carry less stuff than what I already have.
Currently I've got the following in my wallet.:
2 Debit Cards (Personal & Business)
2 Credit Cards (Personal & Business)
2 IDs (Driver's License and Student ID)
1 Employee Security Pass
Most that I can do is take a few coins out but the wallet stays quite bulky.
I have been looking at possible getting a belt clip wallet or a fanny pack of sorts to put on my hip.
What kinda shirt does one wear with these pants? Texture is wool if can't tell.
