I put salt sugar and butter in my spaghetti sauces when I'm cooking for friends because I hope it makes the sauce taste better for them. I head here that restaurants do this and so I do this too. Not to myself, though. Never to myself.

There's a raspberry chipotle sauce in the BBQ sauce section that is dank as fuck. I forget the brand name but it's extremely versatile. I used it on a meatloaf I make last night combined with some stock-level mustard and Worcestershire and it came out amazing.

Nothing else there really resonates with me except for the samples which sometimes inspires me and makes me think of things to cook.

I'm assuming this is not popcorn and infact the fizzy yoghurt I'd see in the local Turkish store back when I was a student. Lots of crazy looking food in that store.

Bought some once to see what it was about. Pretty much fizz yoghurt. -10/10 would not even look at again.

Tried it once and it was awful. Had the texture of semen and tasted like a big mac smoothie at best. Maybe I got bad stones, or maybe I fucked up by using a pickle jar, but either way it sucked.

Made some Jjajangmyeon for dinner. Pretty happy how it turned out (yes, these are regular Spaghetti, fuck you). Probably gonna use some vegetable stock instead of water next time though.
