Dairy contains saturated fats, which are still needed by the body but harmful in large doses. It should make up less than 10% of your daily fat intake.

However, it still has the same healthy probiotics and more protein than greek yogurt (at least the Fage 2% brand does).

Really the only reason to use whole milk, cheese, or yogurt is purely for flavor instead of nutritional value. Greek yogurt is the healthiest dairy product you can consume.

Don't worry about foods being healthy, look at the big picture and worry about your overall diet being healthy.

Most people need about 40-60g of fat per day. If you're eating less then go for full fat, if you're eating more go for non fat. It's all about having a balanced diet in moderation.

You might be best off eating out a few times to get the idea of what is what first and how end result is when its done right. Kinda hard to know what the end result should be if you've never seen/eaten it.

If you have a weak stomach avoid "red" meats (beef), and go for poultry (chicken, turkey)

If you're eating fish, I assume you also eat eggs and milk too? Just keep adding more of all of that to your diet. Eggs are easy and good breakfast. Get canned tuna and salmon to make tuna and salmon salad sandwiches. Salmon fillets are super easy and tasty for beginner fish cooking.

After fish, I'd suggest adding chicken.

Like any place it depends on the people working there.
Last time I went the food was perfectly fine. Definitely closer to a Whataburger or Hardee's than a McDonald's or Jack in the Box. They are also incredibly fast, at leas the one near me.
