vinegar, , oil,salt+pepper spices?, peanut butter, vegetables and fruit, bulk nuts and canned beans/vegetables/meat.. Ive seen places sell big loaves of italian bread for like a dollar. It depends on whether your going for quality or sustenance. Could honestly live well off a couple loaves of that bread plus some oils or peanut butter while eating a veggie every once in awhile.
Also, microwave is much more versatile than a lil grill.

I never thought of buying canned food. Is it really that much cheaper than buying frozen or fresh? When buying canned food I think of low quality products drenched in disgusting sauce.
Also, I don't really like microwaved food. I know I said I don't care about taste, but even I have standards. I just use it to heat up already cooked food and it usually just gets too watery. A small oven sounds better than a microwave.

Lunch: Eggs + salsa, vitamin water zero

Dinner: It's 1PM

So far:

Breakfast: oaty bar. Also coffee with milk.

Lunch: two homemade pinto bean "burgers" with onion-salt, peas, corn, carrot and red bell pepper on muffins because I had muffins.

After lunch snack: a bowl of popcorn with chipotle barbecue powder.

Planned dinner: cauliflower, potato and okra curry (bhindi aloo gobi sabzi) with white rice (because I don't feel like making bread today).

Planned second snack: about to walk into the kitchen for a mango.

It's 1 pm. So far just coffee with some organic bullshit heavy whipping cream.

Later? Probably nothing, I might make a salad later which would be spinach/arugula or a spring mix with some random vinaigrette, shredded chicken, salt+pepper, pecans or California almonds, bleu cheese, and some lemon zest if I feel like it.

That salad is dank as fuck and now I think I'll definitely make it.

Pepper and rosemary. It doesn't need much is you have. A nice balsamic

I hate the taste of olive oil personally, much prefer a nice sesame or coconut.

With bread though, just anything but olive oil, and definitely need a good balsamic vineger

Singapore airlines. Also they'll keep you drunk and won't cut you off unless you're being a bastard. 14 hour flight from Vancouver to Perth with stops in SK and Singapore and I was slamming Screwdrivers the whole way over.

Personally I like a single layer of thick aluminum with stainless inside. No discs, discs are shit.

I have a really nice co worker who always has different food, everyday before they eat I ask "can I get some of that?" or "wanna share that?" and they obblige everytime so I just stopped bringing my own food, these days they pretty mich just bring a whole extra portion for me, really xool of them.
