when i cut out junk food and high sodium foods from my diet i noticed i felt a lot happier overall. that was just me though, but it might not be a bad idea to cut that stuff from your diet.

if your emotional state is already fragile, being generally unhealthy makes you feel worse. It's not that there are foods that alleviate depression. It's that if you are devouring tons of junk, overdosing on sugar, and missing out on vitamins, you're adding a general layer of biological shittiness on top of whatever else was bringing you down.

Also the risk of birth defects even with first cousins is severely overstated, as long as you aren't repeating the process for generations it's no more risky than say, having kids past the age of 30, which most of you prudes are totally ok with.

I really like Eel and get at least one order everytime. Same with tuna. I always ask for Toro but no one ever has it at the time. When it comes to rolls I stay away from cream cheese or anything fried.

I've been a loyal patron of this place for about 10 years. There are 20+ pho joints in this part of OKC and this one is the finest in my opinion, but I rarely get pho there. They have other dishes that are WAY better.

Make a syrup and do celery soda

Spinach and celery leave sautee

Sesame and canola oil in a saucepan, sautee some garlic. Add vinegar, salt, pepper and red chile flake and stir. Add celery greens and spinach for a minute or two and serve

Get some parsley, a chicken, an onion and a carrot or two.
Then make chicky chicky soop soop.
