There's 3 tbs of whiskey and 4 tbs of Bailey's spread into 24 cupcakes, so no. The beer is pretty much all cooked off. Wouldn't feed them to little kids, but adults won't feel anything.

But they are moist, you can still -taste- the booze and they are fatty and sugary, so still hit a lot of right spots.
