Can someone tell me what breed of dog pic related is? Chocolate

Definitely not a chocolate lab
That's most likely a Combai, a breed native to India
If you're looking for a dog like that, there's a lot of similar looking breeds that may be easier to find locally but I don't have time to go in depth about it right now

You can't "clearly" tell what breed that dog is solely by OPs pic.
It is more likely to be a mutt, than some obscure pure bred from India.

This is the most generic looking dog ever. Too many breeds mixed in to tell

It's not impossible for it to be a Combai. The photographer has an Indian name, and on his Flickr account, he has posted photos from Mumbai the same day when he posted that dog.

Still, more likely it's a mutt. Maybe it has some Indian Pariah Dog in it, they're common street dogs there. From what I've seen, they tend to have erect ears rather than floppy ones though, which is why I think the dog in OP might have some other kind of dog mixed in it too.
