Why didn't they just stay out of the water?
because that would've forced the shark to evolve legs and become a hundred times as lethal
It's the one place niggers won't go.
Because then there wouldn't have been a movie.
Have they finally turned themselves around or have they been having a long string of flukes?
Sure they're not on AMC or CW level of good yet but they've improved
We can all agree that most of their current shows are good right?
Z Nation (2014)
12 Monkeys (2015)

The Expanse (2015)
The Magicians (2015)

Which is less faggy tween shit? The Expanse or Dark Matter?
>>82682368
The Expanse by a huge margin
>>82682368
Neither are faggy tween shit at all but the expanse I guess. Dark matter is a light hearted fun action SciFi while the expanse is drama
For all of you memers that say this episode isn't played in the US, it is going to be on FXX at 6:00 pm eastern time tonight

he wanted to make a smart and funny show, one that interviewed more CEOs like Elon Musk, Tim Cook.... but ratings were down... so he had to revert back to the Colbert Report basically
who cares
late night has no prestige anymore anyway
all the same crap on TV

Trump's administration is a reality television show.
To not make fun of it and call out the endless hypocrisy would be a fools errand. The material is literally already created for him. You expect him to sit by and ignore it. You can't go 3 hours without something coming out.
>>82682242
No, he's making something far less original and worse written than Colbert Report.
It's alt-left pablum filtered through the worst of lowest-common-denominator 90's Late Night shit.I used to watch CR nightly, no ragret
Could THIS be more of a Friends thread?

Hello. I'm interested in watching Penny Dreadful, but I can't actually figure out how the show would work. Is there a new story every episode based on popular fiction characters? From research I can see that many of the characters are original to the show, such as Eva Green's, but how do the famous characters like Dorian Gray and Frankenstein's monster work?
>>82682156
Do more research. Renew your inquiries through more venues.
Meanwhile, make sure to avoid actually watching an episode.
>>82682156
It's just basically a re-take on classic gothic characters while adding original characters to the story.
>>82682342
So it's basically its own show with it's own plot running through it with the addition of famous characters? The reason I ask is because I don't get how the two would work. Like, does Dorian Gray just appear? That'd mean he'd change the story based on his own plot that we all know. Then the next episode goes back to normal?
Why didn't they ever make any more live action Star Wars movies outside the 2 main trilogies and the Ewok movies, until Disney took over?
Who's gonna fund it
>>82682123
George Lucas? He could have been a producer and let someone else write and direct.
>>82681998
Oh look it's Kyle Katarn, ex-Empire soldier turned Rebel spy, ace pilot, weapons expert and Jedi Knight, remember that time he went to the dark side but then came back to the light?
anyway enough about him, why is Rey such a fucking Mary sue?

Deadwood seems a contender so far, but it's only 3 seasons and I'm looking for something more light-hearted, I think. Suggestions?

>"Remember, Peter. With great power comes great responsobility. Rudyard Kipling called it a "White Man's Burden". Myself, I just call it as I see it: the responsobility of the master to discipline the servant. The niggers, the chinks, the spics... it's our responsobility to civilize them, Peter. And if we can't? They shall dangle from the elm tree. The day of the rope is near, Pete. We'll have every nigger in this country dead or in chains in 10 years. And may God strike me down this very moment if I am wrong. Remember to never trust the jews, Peter."
That was pretty red pilled hardcore stuff back in 2002, upon rewatching it. It felt like Uncle Ben was speaking directly to me with that scene. Remy was on another level with this film. Way ahead of his time.
Real talk though, how the fuck did he get away with it?

Was there anything great about this and The Jetsons? I think the only thing I really enjoyed about them were the weird "inventions."
