Last time on BoaC Z! :
The Chieftain sees some kind of value in Gelza, though no one is sure why, as such he orders greater imports of Gelza from the Prussians.
Though the metal is heavy, and large shipments of it might pose a problem for our ships.
The Chieftain tries to find a way to make them even bigger, but it appears that large as the river might be, it does not allow for even larger ships, the Chieftains solution is to make them longer and shallower instead. Whether this is beneficial in the long run, has yet to be answered.
Imports of Gelza increase drastically, though the Chief's Wife and Sister in Law have not found any usage for it yet, let alone a way to process it.
The massive trade of Gelza is starting to hurt our economy, the people are starting to worry for the sanity of the Chieftain.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
If you're new and interested in playing, here's how it works:
Everyone decides what our People will do next.
All decisions are made by democratic majority vote.
If multiple decisions are made, only those that do not conflict each other will happen.
Rolling 100 overrides a majority decision.
Multiple cases of rolling 100 will happen in order they were rolled.
Everyone may only roll once per pending decision.
Major historical events, may still occur if the point of Origin remains outside our nation's control. (e.g If we don't own Macedonia by 200BC, Alexander the Great happens, no matter what)
Major Historical events may still occur, if our Nation hosts similar conditions as the Nations we currently occupy, as they would have at the appropriate time.
(e.g If we own Rome after 700BC and our King [you] does some more than questionable decisions, we will become a Republic)
Tripfagging is strongly encouraged!

what the hell is Gelza? Well let our Smith women Experiment iwth it I guess.
Anyways, apperently we've got good ships, so lets focus on fishing with large nets I guess?
Do we have any idea of the demand and Need of resources up and down stream? We could start being middle men in trade.
>>1448157
Gelza is Iron, since we don't know what the hell Iron is, we took it as a loan word from the prussians.
>>1448157
Gelza is iron, and I'm completely stumped as to why our chief started hoarding it.
Welp you had your first taste of diplomacy and you decided it was not that tasty. So you shot the Rogue trader in the head after learning he was dealing with Chaos artifacts and working with your target.
Now the crew of the ship wants your head and you are desperately holding the bridge with the walking tank Clinks and the Xenos witch Phe'nia.
You have decided to allow Phe'nia to take a spin at the diplomacy business and praying that she does not flub it.
Welcome to Guardsman quest.
alright quick and dirty, this quest is not for die hard lovers of cannon since fun and shenanigans beat cannon for the most part. Though I will accept info about the warhammer 40k universe general rule of thumb is fun is king here

You toss the vox over to Phe'nia who catches it with one hand and looks at it funny "how do I work this primitive technology?"
"you press the button on the side and start talking, wait how did you not know how to use a vox?"
"Eldar dont use primitive tech like this, anyways" she finds the talk button and presses it down "Crew of the Rogue Trader, I of the Retinue of Inquisitor Simun ask you to cease fighting and stand down. We have killed enough of you today."
nothing changes, the people who are shooting keep shooting, welp that did not work "I thought you said you were good at diplomacy."
"that would have worked if they were actually intelligent beings." Phe'nia spits back going back to killing things with her mind
You look around the room and spot another console, should you run for it you could get get shot or you could just stay here and lay down suppressing fire.
Clinks was still tanking the bullets like a boss keeping the angry crew out of this bridge but that could only last so long.
>[1] sprint to the console and see what you can do with it (ag, int)
>[2] start shooting, nothing solves a problem like copious amounts of superior firepower (bsx3)
>[3] Order Clinks to charge, if they want a fight you will bring the fight to them (Clinks's Ws and tgh, Bsx2)

You are Prince Meirion auk Gwyrren, the only sane man in a royal family with dubious concepts of strategy, justice, taxation, and governance in general. You have made it your goal in life to keep your family on the throne and your head firmly attached to your body.
===============
Your soaked in sweat after your latest workout. Olwen and Reagan both decided to join you - after all this time, Reagan decided to finally bite the metaphorical bullet and exercise in order to get her body back in shape after the pregnancy - while Eleri played with Rhein and Aislin. You'd take her dancing to force her to exercise as well, but it probably wouldn't be much punishment.
"They'll need to fed soon." Reagan sits next to Eleri and brings your daughter into her lap. "You two can take a bath without me. I'll go after you're done."
"Thank you for your consideration, your highness." Olwen leans down to kiss Reagan. "Your husband shows precious little of it."
"If we weren't in front of the children, this is the part where I would threaten to spank you," you say. "Eleri, will you be joining us?"
"No, thank you," she says. "I think Lady Olwen would rather monopolize your affections today. It's been a while for you two, hasn't it?"
"Yes, things have been busy lately," you say. "Myrddin and I are almost ready to remove my uncle from his position permanently."
"That's wonderful," Olwen says, "but it's completely inappropriate for foreplay." She takes your arm and pulls you into the bathroom before you can ruin the moment any further.
You take your clothes off and sink into the hot, soothing water. Olwen shamelessly takes her time to give you a show.

Last time on VenomBuster:
We are introduced to our protagonist while he's on a mission to destroy a Junkie.
We get a new hobby in the form of video games.
City Hall explodes.
Now returning to your regularly scheduled VenomBuster.
Where the smaller Junkies were being incubated in large sacs on the exterior of the structure that was once city hall, they actually exit the building through a large hole that was once the structure's main doors.
You wade against the tide of creatures easily enough-- they ignore you in favor of heading straight towards the Anti-Venom barrier surrounding the area.
The interior of City Hall is covered in flesh, though the concrete buttresses looked much like ribs in the pulsating dimness of the cave.
The grand, hanging chandeliers, too, have been converted into bioluminescent, Venom-producing organs.
Where do you begin your search for the source of the flesh infection?
[] High, to the Mayor's Office
[] Low, to the building's plumbing area.
[] On the ground floor, near what was once the Treasury.

1 like = 1 prayer
"Wait, you probably shouldn't do that."
The little girl stands outside of Jack's room; ready to enter.
"Why not? Afraid I'll wake him up?" She says, sarcastically.
It's a little like that, but-
"-He's busy with some very important hero business. I'll file your report for you."
The girl seems confused.
"Important hero business?"
"Indeed." You try not to crack a smile.
The tiny girl sighs, and heads in the opposite direction.
"This entire country is full of weirdos." She mumbles to herself.
Whew, that was a close one. You managed to save that little girl's innocence from the evils Jack and that lady are perpetuating inside that room. So at the very least, you can count that as a win for today.
You are Atlas, of the great kingdom. Sadly, the 'Great Kingdom' has been lost to the sands of time for quite a number of ages. It was once the shining beacon of humanity which guided and protected the ones who were lost. Its leaders were strict, but caring. The warriors were strong, but gentle. The heroes were the vanguards against encroaching evil, but also the saviors of the innocent.
Now, you're standing outside the room of Biscotti's hero. Who had decided that middle of the afternoon was the perfect time to find a wench and enact his carnal desires. Also, you can smell the alcohol even from out here.
You're sure he has a perfectly valid reason for this. You're not one to judge so quickly, and you could have seen yourself doing this as well way back in the day.
You also find yourself more than a little perplexed at the current state of affairs.
That little girl being sent out on patrol, is one of those oddities. You suspect she's a hero, but even if she was; that does not give anyone the right to command her like an ordinary soldier. Her mother or father should be accompanying her, or she should be attending a private institution until she is old enough to marry.
Or how about that armorer downstairs. There is an emergency at hand; so they decided to send out the little girl to solve a problem while there is a grown adult staffing the armory.
The more you learn about this kingdom, the less optimistic you feel about it. You want to be excited, and learn more about this strange culture you find yourself in.
Yet, it just feels so- disorganized. Where is the leadership? The order? It seems more like disconnected people going about their day than a kingdom dealing with a problem.
You've been standing outside of Jack's room for an uncomfortable amount of time.
>Go back down to the armory, confront the walnut-haired woman about your concerns.
>You said you would return to that guardpost and help, correct? Now is a good time to do that.
>wander the castle grounds. See if you can find anyone else who can answer for Jack while he's 'indisposed'.
>Wander the castle grounds anyway, you're curious about the other parts of this culture you haven't seen yet.
>Forget it, wake Jack up and wait for him to get decent.
>Other?

You are Judah Ben Hibbeus sent on a quest by the King to defeat the pillaging Profiteer (pieces of gold be upon him).
You have been traversing the desert in search of the Profiteer's palace. Ever chasing after its blue domed mirage but try as you might you could never find the true palace.
After a battle with the desert hauntress, Nicki Miraj, you now posses the Mirage Mirror - an enchanted item that the sage cactuses assure you can help you find the true location of the palace.
However, more than a few strange encounters have sidetracked you.
When last we saw Judah and the gang they were trapped inside of a pyramid with a vicious giant bee! After struggling to get out of a 'sticky situation' she and her companions managed to tame the bee and turn him over to their side and henceforth named him, 'Screwbis Bundletwigs'.
After taming our new companion however everybody was still trapped in the pyramid and needed a way out. Fortunate turned into misfortune as our heroes were rescued by a giant golem built by the tiny screw collecting robots. (So that's what they were up to!) After he'd lifted us out of the pyramid the golem turned hostile and attacked.
Everyone jumped out of its hand and unto the golem's shoulder but Puffers the cat was flicked off and landed unconscious below.
In a moment of quick thinking Judah swung across the golem' shoulder and opening a panel at the back of its neck reached into a tangle of buttons and wires and started to mess around. It worked! The golems balance was disabled and it fell to the desert floor.
Now, the golem has collapsed to the ground as Judah and Screwbis scramble to rescue everyone before they hit the ground, and eat sand.

to start, this is from the villains perspective. welcome to the prelude to what I'm running in the winter, I hope you all enjoy.
It has been several years since you've risen as a tycoon here in wretched Florida. how long have you had to endure the abhorrent populous? will it matter soon? If all in this next week goes well, you won't have to be here any longer than few simple business transactions. It brings a smile to your face knowing you'll be free from half the plebeians that make up the bulk of the city your gorgeous office tower makes up. It'll be a shame when you liquidate the assets inside, but well worth it. Who needs an vulnerable office when you'll be running some of the most complicated medical laboratories on the planet? After a quick check of the time and an adjustment of your suit, you begin to get up to leave before your secretary pokes her head through your door.
Mi-mister Rienholt, just reminding you of your appointment at two o'clock, for the buyout of CellMed Labs.
It's impossible not to smile, it's so cute when they try and remind you of things your already know. You've been preparing to buy out this Gentek subsidiary for months, even spreading a nasty rumor of bioweapon development to lower their prices. (although with that new York incident months back it wouldn't be surprising. considering your own plans.)
>bring the secretary along.
>head to the meeting immediately.
>do some "micromanagement" first.
some ground rules. i'll be using d20's. if you want to pick up a Waifu please don't derail the thread in the pursuit, do so or act too cringy and i'll separate the character from it and have it killed horrifically. I've seen what you Anons sometimes do and i'd like to avoid those lolrandumb moments. also there wont be a morality or sanity meter on this round, your the villain.
*patient humming.*
Head to the meeting.
Fyi qst can be a pretty dead board don't expect too much activity till you get a following
So far we have assembled around a dozen primarchs as Malcador and the Emperor debate about how to properly raise children. So far the debate seems to lead towards raising them each slightly differently, but all knowing that The Emperor is their father.
So far we have 12 primarchs each with individual back stories.and one ork primarch
Eight more are needed to run the quest.
The Primarchs generation has been protected from Chaos by a combination of Gellar Fields, Faraday Cages, Tracking Beacons and genetic augmentation. Plus the Blank primarch being in the center of the other primarchs. And it being guarded by sisters of silence.
There are some choices that must be made now.
One choice is unknown and will come later tonight.
Due to your diligence in warding chaos, the Emperor and Malcador have time to focus on other threats in the galaxy, which threat should you focus on dealing with first in your great crusade.

Hello /qst/
I'm on a real-life quest; I am about to run for MP in my town, one month before the election date, at 20 years old.
I have a plan, I have policies, I have everything but the cute illustration because my computer is too bad to do it. I'm a writer, that's what this computer is for, but that's stopping the greatest adventure of the year.
Just one month before the election date, a young, up-and-comer decides to create change in his town, ready to claim his adulthood, ready to help everybody in the town grow and come of age. It has tension, action, plot twists and moments where your heart wants to stop beating in this driven story full of soul, heart and action; the single biggest quest on this board right now.
The next move? What's the next move, now that my computer can't run Adobe AE?
Also, 1+4 (xx+20)

Chau Sara was initially catalogued by freelance prospectors in 2452. The resource-rich planet was subsequently colonized by an expedition team from Tarsonis several years later. Since that time, Alpha Squadron has utilized Chau Sara as an essential staging point to keep tight control over the fringe worlds. The locals primarily consist of miners who carry out contracted work for the Confederacy. Although more prosperous than its sister planet of Mar Sara, the civilian colony on Chau Sara has suffered from food shortages and a lack of medical routine supplies. Additionally, the Confederacy has established a large penal system within the planet’s major arid region. This colony is subject to the occasional riot (one occurred between 2478 and 2480) and many of its population of 400,000 are still serving hard time in late 2499. It is rumored that these prisoners are frequently "harvested" for neural resocialization and matriculated into the Confederacy’s swelling ranks of military conscripts.
Draven stirs awake as a knock is heard at his door. The tiny metal compartment, serving as Draven's living quarters aboard The Merchant transport ship, rings with a thunderous boom. The security monitor screen lights up beside his bed, offering a panoramic view of the corridor just outside his quarters. A fatigued officer is seen standing at his door, accompanied by two subordinates. The knock pounds again.
Draven studies the monitor beside his bed as he sits up in bed, swings his legs over the side of the bed and stands up. He quickly pulls on a pair of pants laying on the floor at the side of his bed as he walks to the door and opens it while still zipping up his pants. The polyalloy door slides to the side, revealing an officer and two marine escorts. Half asleep, Draven does not salute right away. He receives a raised eyebrow from the officer. The two grunts to his side swap glances. Noticing the marine’s expressions, Draven stands firm and properly salutes the officer in front of him. "Good morning, Sir. How may I be of assistance?"
The officer replies in proper salute and furrows his brow somewhat. He ducks beneath the narrow arch of the door and strolls inside Draven's quarters, the two marines in tow. The officer looks around the quarters briefly and then returns his gaze to Draven. "Good morning, Private. You can be of assistance by first getting me some coffee. Black." Draven notices that the two marines maintain their position on either side of the door, just as it slides closed. He does not recognize the officer but notices the Colonel bars on his stiff shirt collar.
