Let's talk about acne.
We can start with my personal experience. I have had horrible cystic acne for YEARS. I have tried EVERYTHING. (except accutane, which would have fixed me earlier). Nothing worked. However on my 18th birthday something happened. My skin was clear. In a couple months all my acne went away.

I firmly believe for SOME people acne is purely genetic, I consider myself lucky consider that acne can persist well into adult hood.

I see skin threads on here occasionally, and let me tell you this.

If you feel you have tried every option and nothing works, go to your dermatologist right now and get on accutane. Don't make an appointment and be all like "uhh what do you think doc?", no TELL him that you want accutane.

Don't wait around, don't be too shy to go, it's your life anon, do it, get your shit unfucked. The clocks ticking. Like i said, my acne did not go away until I was 18, if I went on accutane sooner it might of, and I might of not had acne ALL of my highschool life, which believe me sucked.

also accutane has some serious side effects, unless you are literally a face covered in mosquito bite moon craters there are better alternatives

topical cream clindamycin and differin are far better for most people

Now let's talk about acne scaring.

I just went to my second treatment for derma pen.
What is derma pen?
Think of it as a tattoo gun without any ink.
They prick your face a whole bunch of times, causing damage below your epidermis. This promotes healing deep in your skin. It WORKS. It takes three sessions for results to really bloom, and three months after words for you to really see clear skin.

I was a rather fat guy when I started working out, 240/250 pounds and 6"3. 2.5 months later I'm 210 pounds but I don't notice a visual difference. Anyways, I'm poor, and I'm trying to lose weight before bulking.

I only have a barbell.

For the past 2.5 months I've been doing this workout monday, wednesday, and friday.

3x5 squats
3x5 OPH
3x5 Barbell row
1x5 deadlift

Is this good for losing weight? I can't do bench presses because I'm not getting on the floor, too many black widows the south, and I have no bench substitute.

Am I doing something wrong?

You're still a rather fat guy then. If you were pretty fat before and just started working out then youre not gonna see much in the way of gains till about 185-190. And if you don't have a bench for some chesticles then try doing some chair dips or Push-ups or something, you can see them coming then anyway. Wouldn't worry about black widows though desu, they don't actively seek people to bite, they just come after you if you fuck with them.

Read up upon Insulin, HGH (Human Growth Hormone) and IF (Intermittent Fasting). Basically, eat max 2-3 meals per day. No snacking in between. This is because every time you eat, your insulin will spike, regardless if it is healthy food or not. However, when you're fasting, your insulin will go down and your HGH will increase. This is what you want, because HGH increases muscle growth and helps you conserve muscles. It also lets your body burn fat, which it cannot do if you're full of insulin aka eating all the time.

Does anyone know about a lifestyle gym?

A gym where you can work out, they sell organic shit, maybe there is a kitchen there, and a library filled with self development books. Kind of a community with a gym, kitchen and library.

i can imagine it like a healthy coffee shop and juice bar at the front with bookshelves lining one side with the usual couches, chairs, and tables. go toward the back past the bathrooms and you'll have to use a key fob to enter the gym. public is welcome up front, members have full access to both with a hefty discount for the cafe. obviously they could have small kitchen for basic snacks and small meals
