Which one to choose? Left one is 6£ more, but is it worth it?
>>42440024
I have the one on the left believe it or not
it's good, very useful to have adjustable torque
also 6 dollaroos is nothing
That pos on the left broke just after i got it and flung a cast piece of metal right past my eye never again.
Go right, tried and true. Harder to make a bad one.
>>42440107
That's good.
>>42440138
That's not good.
The simple one is adjustable too, so I thought about going for that one.
>>42440167
I guess that's true. You can't go wrong with a spring and 2 handles.
>>42440024
the left one makes creaking noises every time i use it
scares the shit out of me
>>42440024
Why in the shit would you need this? Heavy double overhand deadlifts, pendlay rows and pullups are all you need
>>42440216
Damaged my foot ligaments and got no way to get to the gym for now. It's also good to keep you entertained for cheap while also being useful.
I prefer this one. A bit expensive but it's made out of foam to ensure you can practice without hurting yourself.

Both are great choices, if your goals are to have the grip strength of a middle aged woman.
Ditch the cheap, plastic gimmicks and go with Captains of Crush. CoC grippers are far and away the best option for serious grip training.

>$19.99 - $42.29 a pop
How long does it take to make the jump from one to the next weight level?
>>42440516
But anon, you can regulate the one on the left to 50Kg.
>>42440024
Work your way up to captain's of crush.
>>42440560
buy two or three of them. use one for your regular working sets and make attempts on the next one. hit them up a few times a week and you'll make gains similar to anything else. of course it'll get harder as you go on, but in the beginning you should fully pass on from one to another every month or so
>>42440024
I have this one. More expensive, but well worth it
>>42440024
buy this instead https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/6042453793/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
pic related is the levels of resistance
>>42440024
left is a fucking gimmick and WILL break easily. get a couple of right, with incrementing resistances
So what do these actually do? Can someone fill me in. Does it just build grip strength? Can it give you aesthetic forearms..?
>>42440024
both of them are not worth it. much better ways out there for forearm gains.
>>42440803
If youre asking if it will give you prominent veins then no, and less its for grip and forearm strength. Although pull ups work 100 times better.
>>42440803
It's just something shitty that smarter people can sell to dumber people. That's why you don't see any /fit/ guys use them.
>>42440718
>Does not ship to the United States
Fuck me. It looks good tho.
>>42440824
This, 5 pull-ups will probably do more then using this thing for an hour

Cheapest I can find on american amazon.

Also try searching for Ivanko super grips and you might get one cheap
>>42440024
Just some Wii-fit right you guys?
>>42440371
Holy shit I used to have those exact same nunchucks.
>>42440024
Had the one on the right. Snapped in half after about a year of daily use.
Have the one on the left now. I like it better cause it's adjustable
>>42440560
They're worth the cost, in my opinion. My grip strength has skyrocketed. And once you've surpassed a grip level, you can always find someone on a bodybuilding forum who is willing to buy it off you.
