i started drinking 1 or 2 glasses of water with a few shakes of salt mixed in and i (maybe placebo) feel like i've become less fatigued on my cut. additionally, i rarely crave salt anymore (in the past i've felt moderate salt cravings, but never acted on them)
i couldn't tell you exactly how much salt i add, as i have 1x salt shaker and 0x analytical balance, but i doubt it's even a fraction of the amount required to saturate a glass of water
sry if it's a dumb question, i googled it and the usual momscience websites said 'this is omg like omg the best omg omg workout! omg' but i was curious about the opinions of a conglomerate of autists too

You were not genetically designed to back squat. At BEST you can front squat, but your best bet is putting those long legs to use and running or doing lunges.
