Srs. If you have 10/10 long legs by either being tall or being a short-torso/long-femur build like a Black, you are just fucking your kneecaps and lower back by back squatting. You were not genetically designed to back squat. At BEST you can front squat, but your best bet is putting those long legs to use and running or doing lunges. Leave the back squats and leg press to the gimli's like pic related who have to travel 2 inches to get bellow parallel because god was high when their genes were designed
