hello
is drinking salt water periodically smart if the following statements are true?
>exercises for over 2 hours per day, both cardio and lifting
>low BP
>low salt diet
i started drinking 1 or 2 glasses of water with a few shakes of salt mixed in and i (maybe placebo) feel like i've become less fatigued on my cut. additionally, i rarely crave salt anymore (in the past i've felt moderate salt cravings, but never acted on them)
i couldn't tell you exactly how much salt i add, as i have 1x salt shaker and 0x analytical balance, but i doubt it's even a fraction of the amount required to saturate a glass of water
sry if it's a dumb question, i googled it and the usual momscience websites said 'this is omg like omg the best omg omg workout! omg' but i was curious about the opinions of a conglomerate of autists too

Ok. Maybe I'm fucking stupid or something.
But you're on a LOW SALT diet? But you're adding salt to your water because you're craving salt?
What the fuck is wrong with you?

Did you read that, while fasting for a long time, it's good to have a glass of water with a bit of salt to keep up your electrolytes? I'm hoping you're just confused and not hopelessly retarded.
