Recently I've started working as a lifeguard. I was able to complete the fitness training by training by focusing on endurance the whole time, but now I would like to get in proper shape worthy of the position I now hold. What should I do for training? I've never had a proper routine before instead I ran on a treadmill to build my endurance about a half a month before any fitness test began.

Been working as a lifeguard for a few years and have never had to train to pass the fitness test we do every session. Although we only do shit like a 400 m swim in 10 min or less so it's not that bad. What do you have to do for your training OP?

I live in Stockholm and to be completely honest, it's scary how many women are into this Blacked thing now. I see girls all the time wearing Blacked apparel like booty shorts, sport bras, hats etc, going to shops and bars dressed in barely underwear, talking to and flirting with black guys, groping and getting dryhumped in public. I can cook both styles (tend to fuse them)
It's good lots of fish some rice it works well I have been able to cut and starting bulking on this diet the only thing I change is the amount of carbs

After advice from /fit/ on sexual health and focus I started taking L-theanine today. I'm sure i'd been getting some from the other supplements i take, which are not that many, but decent (multi, mens health, omegas/ginseng), and anyways these tablets are chewables at 15 calories each and I'm pretty much eating them like candy and feeling like a billion dollars. Work was a breeze today and now i'm stretching really nicely before bed.

Anyone else seeing effects of L-theanine? It was reported to entirely fail to become toxic even at ultra-doses in rats, so I'm not seeing a downside to this, especially having read of people taking 5G of it with no side effects..
