After advice from /fit/ on sexual health and focus I started taking L-theanine today. I'm sure i'd been getting some from the other supplements i take, which are not that many, but decent (multi, mens health, omegas/ginseng), and anyways these tablets are chewables at 15 calories each and I'm pretty much eating them like candy and feeling like a billion dollars. Work was a breeze today and now i'm stretching really nicely before bed.
Anyone else seeing effects of L-theanine? It was reported to entirely fail to become toxic even at ultra-doses in rats, so I'm not seeing a downside to this, especially having read of people taking 5G of it with no side effects..
