I read that I should do SS. However, I am lifts purely for "assthetics" so others say that I should do a routine that gets me the body I want. I understand that I will be lifting baby weight though. The Instagram models lift baby weight and look good. Some lift heavy and tend to be fatter and/or boxier looking.

I'm curious, would there be any notable repercussions to to purposely stopping progression on an exercise after reaching a certain weight? Like if I reached 1pl8 on my Overhead Press and just stopped adding weight for a while while focusing in increasing my other lifts.
Besides the obvious negative of not getting stronger at OHP, what else would happen? After reaching 1/2/3/4 standard could someone just maintain those weights during an intermediate PPL while increasing their accessory lifts?

Let's talk about 'water only' hydration changes.
I'm all down for giving up soft drinks, but how far does this extend? Is Gatorade out, because I can drink the fuck out of some Gatorade daily. What about those little drink mix packs you pour into bottles of water? Kool-Aid? Powerade?
Is this thing a true, genuine, 100% "only water" requirement, or is just knocking out all sodas/soft drinks good enough?
realistically it's your best bet to only drink water, you can think of all other beverages as just chemicals in a bottle or can.
I'm in a different boat than OP. I'm completely fine with water only. However, I suffer from random headaches as it is (unsure if they're caffeine-related). I hear horror stories of people having several, debilitating, long-lasting headaches from going off sodas. I don't wanna have to go through that pain, I deal with it enough weekly (sometimes every day).

It's been scientifically proven that crickets (and most insects for that matter) are mostly protein and full of nutrients. So why are you guys still eating expensive store bought meat that causes cancer?
I eat a 3 plates of stir fried crickets a day to meet my daily nutriention requirements, and it cost less than 20 dollars a day. Sometimes I even eat them live if I want a juicier treat. Crickets are cheap and delicious, you can even raise them yourself all they eat is cardboard.

One thing to note is be careful when swallowing them whole, as sometimes they like to hope back up out your throat and that can make a mess of your food.

Most snacks are meh with bad macros and no nutrients or fiber. Some health snack bar things try to balance this out but just add tons of sugar or taste like rubber.
Fruit, nuts, protein shakes, and any leftovers from previous meals are ideal. Otherwise its all processed crap.
