I'm feeling like I should just give up. Barrier to entry seems too high for me and just thinking about these retarded lifts makes me fucking angry; actually trying them makes me furious and like I want to cry tears of impotent rage.

Can someone just please recommend a solid mass-building regimen that doesn't require me to spend hundreds on more equipment and aren't overly complicated?

First time in the gym can be intimidating, seeing curlbros with huge arms and benching lamo2plates. So they stay away from those exercises, and seek out squats which they can do as much as that big guy(4u) in the gym. That's why they start loving it and fall for the ss meme

Insectilogist here! That protein had to go somewhere, think about it. Follow the ants back to their hive, they're probably giving to their queen so once you find her you have two options:
Option 1 you take the queen and throw her in your blender shake, when she gets shredded (heh) all that protein leaks out and you can drink it. It's important she gets blended so the energy from the blender will reactivate the protein into its active form which you can energize more metabolically easier.
Option B you can take her and keep her hostage, allowing her to bite you, essentially injecting you with protein and ant hormones, basically steroids, while she withers away

Hey /fit/, what exercises do you do for abs? My core is absolutely garbage.
