I ate crickets recently in Thailand. Not bad. Tasted like chips (french fries) but got sickening after a while. I probably couldn't eat 50g worth.

I really wish someone would start mass producing them for human consumption. potentially they are GOAT when it comes to nutrients, price and ecological impact. unfortunately the market just doesn't seem to be ready because of the yuck factor, so everything you can buy is fucking expensive as fuck.

Ok cool so that could mean anything between $1-$19 a day. I'm eating for about $4 a day on a 3500 cal bulk. I agree crickets should be more popular in terms of eating but your pricing argument is written so poorly.
