Yeah it's not easy. I'm a former lanklet. I've been lifting for almost 2 years but my numbers still aren't good. There was a period of time when I bulked really well and my numbers soared obviously, but I can't seem to accomplish that again.

Injured was overuse in baseball.
No surgery but about 2 months of rehab.
It started hurting about 2 weeks ago just from lifting. I've stopped lifting and am doing the exercises I did during rehab to strengthen it.
