You could do the same thing with a pen and paper, but nowadays everyone has a smart phone so why not just do it on there. Up to you if you just want to write it in a note or use MFP. Either way, tracking your intake is always a good idea.
I'm scared of doing squats, /fit/. I finish all my sets, but sometimes it takes even 10 minutes to muster courage to do one. What do, it's not even 2pl8.

I am currently doing 5/3/1 + body weight accessory (Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday) but I feel like I can do more during rest days. Jim Wendler recommends on doing some conditioning like sprints and prowler workouts but I already have a solid cardio. What I lack are shoulders, back and lower back.
Do you have any routine sample to work on my weaknesses? Also, is it normal that I never feel tired after a 5/3/1 workout? I used to do a lot of circuit training and I am worried I am not working out hard enough

I do believe it has to do with your diet more than anything else, cardio won't kill your gains if you're lifting/eating/sleeping properly.
You tracking your gains/diet? Also, what are your weaknesses? I'm assuming your shoulders by your lifts.

I'm 350lbs and sick of this shit. I want to drop 100lbs. i remember using a weight loss pill that contained ephedra/ephedrine before it was banned and it worked for me. I don't care about the consequences to my health. Is there anything out there that works? Could I raise my base metabolic rate by using steroids?
Right now I'm 24hrs into a 500 a day calorie ketosis diet. Any suggestions?

yeah steroids would help you lose weight and gain muscle at very fast rate. even more so if you start going to the gym
exercise and don't eat as much. this has worked for fatties much more enormous than you and will continue to work until the last human is swept from earth in a fiery blaze by solar explosion. personal trainers, bodybuilders and all athletes in sports with weight classes make a career out of this fundamental principle.

Ever since I started going to the gym I´ve spent mutliple hours a day looking at half naked bodies, figuring out what factors come into play when it comes to aesthetics.
Obviously important factors are muscle insertions, proportions, broad shoulders, small waist,....
But the most overlooked factor are the nipples. Having unaesthetic nipples can ruin your physique.
The aesthetics of your nipples are made of three factors:
1.Nipple placement
Having a bad nipple placement can make your chest look like titties. Perfect nipple placement is low and outside of your chest. Bad nipple placement is the opposite. Pic related.
2. Nipple size
Small Nipples > Big Nipples
Bodybuilding is all about proportions, and therefore smaller nipples make your chest look bigger.
3.Nipple geometry
Flat Nipples > anything else (for example puffy nipples, gyno)
Looking at my own physique I figured out that i look A LOT more aesthetic with hard nipples. When my nipples are hard I look a lot leaner than I do with soft nipples. The main reason for that is because my nipples are a little bit more on the softer side.

Yep I've noticed this as well. my nipples are puffy as fuck and big. placement is alright I guess but the difference when they're hard is def noticeable
i have inverted nipples normally and comes out when it gets hard does that mean I am in the clear.
