The only way as a natty is to get stronger, so if you increase your lifts in all the major upper body movement patterns you'll get bigger. No special lifts are going to magically make you bigger, progressive overload does.

My gf does a combination of cardio while we're at the gym, plus normally 2 of my weight sets from whatever I'm doing that day (just copies the same exact exercise with different weight/reps).
She's been pretty easy to coach. She wasn't really weak or completely ignorant to begin with so that helped, normally once I show her something once she doesn't forget it. Her fucking traps and biceps are monstrous now.

144 lbs to 184 lbs in 4 months I eat 2 servings of oats and 3 eggs for breakfast lots of good snacks like nuts and apples lunch is whatever seems good but double portion dinner is chicken as much as you can possibly eat with sweet taters or fries and then ice cream or milk before bed.
