How the fuck is it possible to grow ~4 centimeters in height over the age of 20? I remember being 188 cm when I was 19. Now I'm 26 and a half, around 192 cm tall. Not complaining, but still wtf?

A girl i know has started to get fit and attending the gym on a regular basis and she wants to get the body in the pic. She has been doing meme stuff and since i'm a gym rat she asked me about propper advice. Of course i told her about caliories in-out, muh strenght base, macros etc, but since she is a normie starting i want to properly gide her since she is very motivated. How can she achieve this body?

Has anyone had any experience with SARMs?
From what I gather they are basically androgen receptor antagonists.

Given the difficulty to get my dirty paws on Test I'm interested in looking into these - I know they are not even remotely as good. The question is do they work at all or just another meme.

I've ran 15mg of ostarine (for 12 weeks)and 12.5mg of mk677 for about 6 months now. I cut while running ostarine. Helped me maintain all my strength while cutting, gives better pumps and gave me a fuller look even though I was cutting carbs and at a deficit...

I'll run ostarine again when I wanna cut or recomp. I had no negative sides and even after 12 weeks didn't notice any suppression. The mk677 has improved my skin and makes my hair and nails grow faster so I assume it's had other benefits like fat burning etc that come with higher hgh levels

I have a bottle of lgd in my cabinet I might run while I bulk after summer, not sure if the suppression is worth the benefits though...might stick to ostarine

I usually cut at 500-1k deficit. I would absolutely recommend ostarine to anyone cutting to retain mass, especially if they do PSMF or something like that...

Mk677 isn't really a sarm, it makes you secrete more HGH and needs to be run long term for benefits. Those are the only ones I've used...I have a bottle of lgd from irc.bio I might try tho this winter

Hypothetically, could you live on nothing but shakes?

Only consuming whey, oats, banana/other fruits, PB and milk/water, only in blended/liquid form. Let's say you could include whatever veggies too, but always in smoothie or soup form; other shake-ish foods like Greek yogurt, raw eggs if you're willing to risk salmonella, replacing whey with other sources of protein powders like meat protein for variety's sake, almond instead of PB etc. With some multivits and whatever supps you'd find necessary on the side.

I ask this because you can easily consume 1000cals in a shake while barely feeling it and in less than one minute, whereas eating 1000cals in a single sitting leaves you bloated and takes time. But you obviously don't feel as filled up after drinking 100g oats instead of eating them, it still leaves the feeling of hunger and less satisfying. I'd like to know more about the real differences, on health especially.

What would be the consequences of such a diet, besides awful shits and potential digestive issues, if any? What else would you add and how would you make the best of it to make up for lack of chewed up meat? Does the body digest nutrients differently (absorption speed, etc) wether the food is solid or liquid?

Most of this weight I've gained in the past year and a half due to emotional/stress eating and being extremely sedentary. At my lightest a few years ago I lost like 10 lbs a month by doing the same sort of thing I do now. I have fucked up low blood sugar (have since I was a kid) so if I eat any sugar or carbs it makes me feel like shit so the
