I've ran 15mg of ostarine (for 12 weeks)and 12.5mg of mk677 for about 6 months now. I cut while running ostarine. Helped me maintain all my strength while cutting, gives better pumps and gave me a fuller look even though I was cutting carbs and at a deficit...

I'll run ostarine again when I wanna cut or recomp. I had no negative sides and even after 12 weeks didn't notice any suppression. The mk677 has improved my skin and makes my hair and nails grow faster so I assume it's had other benefits like fat burning etc that come with higher hgh levels

I have a bottle of lgd in my cabinet I might run while I bulk after summer, not sure if the suppression is worth the benefits though...might stick to ostarine

Really, what kind of a defecit do you run when cutting? I heard that the muscle/strength loss is pretty brutal.

That does sound pretty enticing, especially because I have nothing right now. Which would you rate over the other - for first time.

I usually cut at 500-1k deficit. I would absolutely recommend ostarine to anyone cutting to retain mass, especially if they do PSMF or something like that...

Mk677 isn't really a sarm, it makes you secrete more HGH and needs to be run long term for benefits. Those are the only ones I've used...I have a bottle of lgd from irc.bio I might try tho this winter

No, no traditional pct at all. I took some daa but who knows if it actually helped. I didn't really have any suppression symptoms. I was maybe a bit more tired towards the end but that's all.

Lgd and rad140 and stuff are way more suppressive and pct is a good idea. At that point tho might as well roid

Ran LGD on a cut, made some pretty raw gains, but didn't lose much fat desu even though I was eating 1800-2000 calories a day. Worked out to start with on a 3 day program, then went onto a 4 day PHUL routine..

Its good stuff tbf, although I'm pretty sure the guy I bought it off, sold me fake shit the second time around.. I had a sudden drop in Strength and a little drop is muscle mass when I started the second supply I bought..

i ran mk2866 ostarine for 8 weeks at 30mg a day. i did get some suppression so did a mini pct with clomid and a OTC test booster. ended up putting on about 4kg in lean muscle and dropped about 2%bf. going to go lgd next for a bulk cycle

i ran osta 25mg for 8 weeks and then went 2 weeks at 50mg which isn't recommended. i looked dry as fuck constantly and had a lot of endurance in the gym as well as motivation to get shit done.

It literally took me 5 min to find legit gear online you pleb. And this is clear net im talking about. Do the real deal if youre going to do it. SARMS are a waste of money.

I ran this at 10mg a day just to see how I would react. I only lasted 4 days because I had a constant dull headache after day 1. I obviously didnt notice any effects in such a short time but id read only good reviews about this brand so im not sure what happened to me.

I've taken lgd-4033. It was okay, got me pumped up occasionally, but it didn't really have a huge effect. At $99-150 for an 8 week supply, and a grey area in legality, it's really not that worth it, especially when roids will do 5x as much at half the price. I still have a bottle of ostarine I'm gonna run, but not expecting too much.
