I'm sick of being a skelly and want to get /fit/ but this summer I'll be working and traveling where I will not have regular access to a gym or equipment. Does anyone have a full workout or exercises that focus on the upper body and don't require anything else?

Burpees until your eyeballs bleed.
Then do some more.

Just do circuits mate. It's not hard.
Get a deck of cards. Assign an exercise to a suit.
Push-ups - Hearts
Sit-ups - Diamonds
Burpees - Spades
Squats - Clubs
Shuffle deck. Place face down. Turn each top card and place in a separate pile.
The number on the card is the reps for that exercise.
Continue until the whole deck is face upwards in a separate pile.
Job done.

do pushups, progress to elevated pushups, and then one arm pushups. you can work up to one arm pushups by doing them leaning against a wall or a desk and gradually increasing the angle.

If you're going to be traveling a lot and want some variety those weighted tension bands can work pretty well. They may sound like a meme, but they worked great for helping me maintain my gains while I was in Tokyo for a month and didn't have access to weights
