Stallone uses a moderate (4-6iu) go snd probably QoL amounts of test and anavar.

The Rock has lost a lot size recently and it is probably because he is shifting away from his move career. I said this years ago, but the rock probably doesn't use drugs in the capacity you think he does. It's probably moderate test, moderate gh and possibly tren before a film.

These days? He more than likely uses pharmacy grade bleeding edge peptides. Compounds without the negative feedback loops of gear.

We all have the concept of any serious medieval warrior being in top physical fitness and fairly jacked. But back then, going to the gym for recreation obviously didn't exist as we know it.

My question is this: how did /fit/ warriors keep their bodies in shape? Obviously they trained in mock personal combat which acts as intense cardio, but was there any knowledge of exercises explicitly for building muscle, such as pushups? How well was nutrition understood - did they know that eating more meat (which was more scarce back then) would help achieve better gains?

But all that aside, you should just workout and not give a fuck what others think, because spoiler alert, you're just a random person in everyone elses lives.
If you do anything stupid, people will just notice it for a second and then immediately forget about you. Unless it's one of those guys who memorizes anything uncommon that happens to them to tell it as a story to their friends

These aren't really that bad at all. Microwave meals are fine as long as you find the ones that have no transfats and minimal sodium.

I found a chicken pesto pasta ready-meal thing, a supposedly healthy one, that had 3g of transfat and 1920mg sodium.

Whereas there are some that have 200-300mg sodium and low fat + high protein and 30g carbs

how do I stop my irrational hatred of women and get a gf?

for the entirety of my 18 year old life I've projected all of my failures onto my current and self admittingly beta hatred of women. spending the entirety of my adolescent years on 4chan and using it as my primary source of social interaction has turned me into a bitter, jaded loser

I want to forget all this taiwanese knitting forum nonsense and see women for who they truly are - human beings with real struggles just like men, but everytime I see one I think of how privileged they are socially. how beautiful ones can literally coast on life on easy mode purely based off of their looks. how even the fat ugly ones can do the same with how desperate men are to get their dick's wet. it's difficult to see women as equals when they live life in such a pampered state and its disgusting to see how blissfully unaware they are of it.

the worst part is that even if I were to get past that mental barrier there's a far greater one preventing me from getting a gf, that is, knowing that I would just be getting sloppy seconds. I have a very infantile idea of "love" where I think it would be amazing for 2 virgins to explore each other's body's for the first time, but that experience would be ruined knowing that a girl my age (18) has probably boarded the penis plane dozens of times.

I know this post reeks of insecurity and narcissism, but please brehs I'm tired of having this stupid mentality

Just do one of them. OHP is better for low volume while dumbell press is better for high volume

My DL is 170 kg, my FSq is 125 and I easily pick up/carry/fuck my 65 kg girlfriend, who I consider chubby.
