Take 20g (split it into 4 doses throughout the day) for 6-7 days then just take 5g everyday from there on. That's what I did and it seems to work for me. Drink more water too, as I've noticed that I get a lot thirstier in the gym now.

Yam Black Bean Quesadillas

So i've been lifting many years and finally made it, i met this qt 3.14 grill on tinder and i'm traveling 6 hours to different city tomorrow morning, so i can finally be with her. Since i can't function properly around women because i'm autistic, what should i do /fit? What topics i should bring up? What does normal "non lifting" people do in social situations?

I've done no fap for past two week so i can have increased natty test levels.. I haven't done cold shower because i know it's a meme. I want to bring my test levels up so i can be real alpha and show her i'm real chad and not some beta pussyb fgt.

To keep it more fit related, i benched 220x11, should i increase more weight and reduce my time under tension or continue with same weight? I'm doing 4 second negative at the moment.

Will i ever make it /fit?
